Best Bets for Ravens vs. Browns
The consensus line moved 2.5 points away from Cleveland, from Cleveland +2.5 to Cleveland +5, crossing the key number of 3. This spread has moved all over the place given the ambiguity surrounding Lamar Jackson.
Jackson was a DNP on Wednesday/Thursday with an ankle injury. Trending toward him not playing - hence the line moving closer to the Browns. It was later confirmed on Friday that Jackson would not play in Week 6. Tyler Huntley will start.
But regardless of the quarterback, I want to back the home divisional underdogs.
Divisional underdogs are 14-4 ATS in 2026 through Week 5 (18 games), and divisional home underdogs are 6-2 ATS; Cleveland is the lone divisional home underdog in Week 6.
But nobody covers better than the Brownies at the #DawgPound:
- Cleveland is 2-0 ATS and 2-0 straight up as a home underdog this year.
- The Browns are 6-0 ATS at home against the AFC North.
- Seven of the last eight games between AFC North teams have been won outright by underdogs
- Now 7-1 ATS since the start of last season as a home underdog.
Trust the process.
Todd Monken knows the Ravens’ personnel very well, given he spent several years there as the team’s offensive coordinator. Baltimore constantly plays down its competition.
Erickson’s Picks
- Browns +3
Best NFL Same Game Parlay for Ravens vs. Browns

- Leg 1: Derrick Henry 90+ Rushing Yards (-115)
- Leg 2: Zay Flowers 50+ Receiving Yards (-172)
- Leg 3: Denzel Boston 50+ Receiving Yards (-120)
Lamar Jackson has been ruled out for a second straight game. So, it'll be Tyler Huntley under center for Baltimore again this week. In Jackson's absence last week, the offense leaned on Derrick Henry and the run game. The Ravens' workhorse back should see plenty of carries and gets a favorable matchup.
Henry rushed for 102 yards on 24 carries last game. Baltimore's attack mostly ran through him, with Huntley more in the game-manager role. Expect something similar this week. Cleveland is allowing the seventh-most rushing yards per game to opposing running backs. The defense is also allowing 4.5 yards per carry, the 10th-most in the league. Henry should be on the high end of his 85.2-yard-per-game average this season.
Even with Huntley at quarterback, Zay Flowers can be productive this week. The Browns are allowing the 10th-most receiving yards per game to opposing wideouts. They’re also giving up the eighth-most yards per reception. Flowers, meanwhile, is averaging 101.3 yards per game. He had eight receptions for 53 yards last week with Huntley. The workload is encouraging, and some of those catches should be longer gains this time.
On the Cleveland side, Denzel Boston should remain one of Deshaun Watson's top receivers. Boston's 29 targets co-lead the team with KC Concepcion, who is expected to play after suffering a concussion last week. Even with his teammate playing, Boston can still produce against a Ravens defense allowing the fifth-most receiving yards per game to receivers. Plus, Boston is averaging 66 yards per game, with 40+ yards in each game.
Parlay Odds: +435

What is an NFL player prop bet?
An NFL player prop bet is a type of wager where you’re betting on the performance of a specific player in a game rather than the overall outcome. For example, you might place a bet on how many passing yards a quarterback will throw for, or how many touchdowns a running back will score. It’s a fun way to get more invested in the action, especially if you’re confident in how a particular player will perform, regardless of who wins or loses the game. It’s like focusing on one slice of the pie instead of the whole thing.
