Thursday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlay Bets: Bucks vs. Pacers

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Bucks vs. Pacers

  • Leg 1: Giannis Antetokounmpo Over 28.5 Points (-105)
  • Leg 2: Giannis Antetokounmpo 10+ Rebounds (-285)
  • Leg 3: Bennedict Mathurin Over 15+ Points (+120)

Similar to yesterday’s Charlotte and Washington contest, this is an ideal game for an SGP on paper. Both of these teams rank in the top six in pace and bottom six in defensive net rating. That combination should lead to plenty of scoring and stat padding, hence the 241.5 point total.

Giannis is going to feast tonight. No team allows more points in the paint than the Pacers. Giannis has 25+ points in seven consecutive games against the Pacers, averaging 35.7 points per game. He has 30 points in five of those seven games as well. Additionally, the “Greek Freak” has cleaned up the glass in these games against Indiana as well. He has 10+ rebounds in six of these seven games averaging 12.8 boards per game.

The addition of Damian Lillard is a huge boost to the Milwaukee offense, but defensively they have struggled. They have particularly had a tough time against shooting guards allowing the seventh most points to the position. We just saw Marcus Sasser go off for 26 points in 29 minutes against them last night. Cade Cunningham also had 33 points in the contest.

The game prior, Cam Thomas put up 45. Other guards to find success against them include Jalen Brunson (45 points), Quentin Grimes (17), Dennis Schroader (24), Tyler Herro (35), Trae Young (20), Dejounte Murray (15), Bogdan Bogdanovic (17), Tyrese Maxey (31), and Kelly Oubre Jr. (27). Bennedict Mathurin is coming off a season-best 22 points across 38 minutes last night against Utah, and should be able to carry that success over in today’s game.
