San Jose State Spartans vs. USC Trojans
The Trojans may not know who their top two receivers are at the moment, but that suggests there is a good chance Jayden Maiava will spread the ball around. That bodes well for promising freshmen like tight end Mark Bowman and wide receiver Trent Mosley.
As the youngsters, they may not see action right away. However, as two players who have generated a lot of buzz, they'll get on the field. Lincoln Riley doesn't take his foot off the gas in season openers. In the last four years, the Trojans scored 73, 48, 56 and 66 points in their opening games
That tells me there could easily be quite a few touchdowns to go around on Saturday. These pass-catchers may not get their turns until the second half, assuming Riley goes with his veteran talent to start the game. But in this offense, they'll get their shot.

NC State Wolfpack vs. Virginia Cavaliers
Victor Snow was a standout player over the last two seasons for Buffalo, catching 117 passes for 1,466 yards and 14 touchdowns. But with CJ Bailey, he'll have a much better quarterback in need of a go-to receiver after the team lost its top five wideouts. As an experienced, seasoned vet, Snow could fill the void. At +200, this prop is a solid value play.
As an offense with a ton of new moving parts, I expect the Virginia offense to have some scoring pains. It is in such games where we'll often see players step up and make athletic plays to score.
Beau Pribula is no stranger to running, having rushed for 16 touchdowns the last three seasons, with six for Missouri last year. With so many new pieces, himself included, on this offense, I can see a play breaking down and Pribula taking matters into his own hands when the Cavaliers get within scoring range.

New Mexico State vs. Florida State
Quintrevion Wisner gives the Seminoles a solid, veteran presence in the backfield who could/should become the go-to running back for FSU.
The former Texas back will help stabilize the offense early on. He will be the likely beneficiary of early goal-line carries, making him a solid bet to score in the first half.
