Saturday’s Best College Football Player Props (Week 5)

Odds are subject to change | All bets are to win 1 unit

Andrew Marsh Over 5.5 Receptions (-108 at FanDuel Sportsbook)

Andrew Marsh had a slow start to his sophomore season, snagging only two (on five targets) and three receptions (on six targets) through the first two weeks. Since head coach Kyle Whittingham said they needed to get Marsh more involved, he has seen 12 targets in each of the last two games, catching 10 and seven passes and going for 100+ yards in both.

Marsh is facing another tough matchup as Minnesota ranks 36th in receptions allowed, but it is safe to say he is back as the Wolverines’ No. 1 WR.

Malachi Toney Over 98.5 Receiving Yards (-120 at DraftKings Sportsbook)

Malachi Toney has cleared this line in three out of four games, averaging 141 yards and 9.3 targets per game. He faces his most challenging matchup so far this season in a hostile environment on the road at Clemson. Clemson ranks 79th, allowing 214.8 receiving yards per game. They’ve already allowed two receivers to go for 90+ yards.

In two road ACC games this season, Toney is averaging 174 yards per game.

Jeremiah Smith Over 118.5 Receiving Yards (-114 at FanDuel Sportsbook)

Jeremiah Smith is coming off a 217-yard game against Illinois and looks to keep his Heisman Trophy momentum rolling in Kinnick Stadium, averaging 154 yards per game and clearing this line in three out of four games. He has seen 16 targets against both Power 4 teams he has faced this season. Iowa does have a top-15 passing defense but just allowed 130 yards to JJ Buchanan and 106 yards to Andrew Marsh.

Against Power 4 teams, Smith is averaging 16 targets, 10 receptions and 190 yards per game.
