Pittsburgh vs. Toledo

  • Leg 1: Toledo +7 (-110)
  • Leg 2: Desmond Reid 79+ Rushing Yards  (-115)
  • Leg 3: Tucker Gleason 215+ Passing Yards (-120)

Pitt was an early playoff contender as they started 7-0, but they are limping into this game after dropping their final five games. You have to wonder how this depleted Pitt offense will look. Starting quarterback Eli Holstein is injured and backup Nate Yarnell went into the transfer portal. True freshman third-stringer quarterback David Lynch will start. He has thrown just nine passes, one of which was an interception.

They will likely lean on the run, and although running back Desmond Reid missed the last game, he's good to go. He rushed for 5.3 yards per carry and was the team’s second-leading receiver, so he should get a lot of touches.

Toledo has fared a little better, with fewer players opting out. starting quarterback Tucker Gleason has put up some excellent numbers - 24 touchdowns, seven interceptions and 7.3 yards per completion.

The Rockets’ passing game could keep this close, especially with Pitt ranking 117th in passing yards allowed this season.

Rutgers vs. Kansas State

  • Leg 1: Kansas State -7 (-108)
  • Leg 2: Kansas State Over 27.5 Points  (-150)
  • Leg 3: Over 50 Points (-110)

A few important people at Kansas State have opted out of this game, including star running back DJ Giddens, as he prepares for the 2025 NFL Draft. However, what's most important is that Avery Johnson will be on the field.

This is someone who could take over the game no matter who's playing with him or is on the other side of the field. He can beat you on the ground or in the air with 2,500+ passing yards, 500+ rushing yards and 28 total touchdowns.

Rutgers might have trouble figuring out how to stop Johnson with a defense ranked 71st in net expected points added (EPA). They also allowed 5.0 yards per rush this season, which ranked 103rd. While they saw the eighth-fewest rushing attempts per game (29.8), they might see plenty of carries from the Wildcats.

They needed Kyle Monangai to play to balance out that offense, but he has opted out of the game. KSU is excellent on defense overall and ranks 35th in net defensive EPA. If you let this team focus on stopping one part of the offense, Rutgers could be in trouble.

No matter what, it will be tough against Kansas State. The Wildcats look good to close out the season strong.

Arkansas State vs. Bowling Green

  • Leg 1: Jaylen Raynor 2+ Passing Touchdown (+105)
  • Leg 2: Harold Fannin Jr. 80+ Receiving Yards (-145)
  • Leg 3: Over 53 Points (-110)

When looking at Bowling Green opt outs, we didn't see tight end Harold Fannin Jr., which put them in a better position for this game. You will want to watch the game just to see him because he's expected to be a Day 1 pick in this upcoming draft. That might be the only thing you will want to watch on this team because they won't have running back Terion Stewart or their leader on the offensive line in Alex Wollschlaeger.

Arkansas State just needs to shut down Fannin, and they'll be good. That is easier said than done because they're 93rd in dropback EPA, and their overall EPA is even worse (113). They can put up points. They just had a 40-32 shootout with Old Dominion. They've allowed 30+ points six times this season, including two games of allowing 50+ points.

The Red Wolves have a great offense with a solid run game. Quarterback Jaylen Raynor has thrown three touchdowns in his last two games.

This game has the makings of a shootout, and with Bowling Green losing some important players, Arkansas State should keep this a one-possession game.
