Early Super Bowl LVI Parlay (2022)

We’re just a few days away from the start of Super Bowl week, with festivities to get started in Los Angeles, CA as of Monday. For the first time in NFL history, two No. 4 seeds will go at it with the ultimate prize on the line.

Let’s take an early look at where the value remains and key in on a two-leg parlay.

Leg #1: Bengals +4.5 | -115  at DK Sportsbook

Cincy defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo made the adjustment of a lifetime last week in Kansas City, as the Bengals looked on their way to getting blown out before allowing just three second-half points to the elite Chiefs offense. And let’s not forget Joey Burrow.

While his stats haven’t been eye-popping like they were to end the regular season, Burrow is averaging 281 yards and, most importantly, less than one interception per game.

Despite a shaky offensive line that allowed an eye-popping nine sacks in the Titans game, I like for Burrow and this underrated Bengals defense to do just enough to keep this one close.

Leg #2: Over 48.5 | -110 at DK Sportsbook

This total has dropped from its opener of 50 points and I’m some reverse line movement here. In the Rams’ three postseason games, they’re averaging 28 points per game; a full point higher than their regular-season total, including matchups with two teams that know them well in the 49ers and Cardinals.

As for the underdog Bengals, 27.1 points per game was the number they were chasing this postseason, getting to 26+ twice while scoring 19 against the Raiders. While Ja’Marr Chase and Cooper Kupp get all the attention in the build-up, look for OBJ and Tee Higgins to have monster games and for both games plans to be focused around each team’s high-flying passing games.

Total Odds: +256 at DraftKings
