The Miami Dolphins had a lot of expectations after going 10-6 last season, but they have vastly underwhelmed this year. After an initial win in Week 1, they’ve now lost seven straight. They held down their AFC East rivals Buffalo for the first half last week as they went into halftime tied at three, but the wheels fell off in the second half. They would go on to lose 26-11. Injuries have hurt them on the offensive side as Tua Tagovailoa has missed time, same with DeVante Parker, and newly acquired Will Fuller is out for the season. Also, the defense that was great at forcing turnovers last year hasn’t been able to stop the ball.
The Texans look to be rebuilding as they traded some players before the deadline, including running back Mark Ingram. They should get back Tyrod Taylor from injury, which I guess is a step up, but their defense is still one of the league’s worse. They also had a win in Week 1 but haven’t won since.
