    James Wood (+350

The Kansas City Royals will roll with Mitch Spence for tonight’s game. The righty has only faced 21 batters all season. That said, he’s allowed lefties to hit a .833 ISO and a wOBA of .643 during that time.

Spence has walked 45.5% of lefties and has given up a 25% barrel rate with only 18.2% of strikeouts. It’s a small sample size, but enough to feel comfortable riding with James Wood.

Wood is a lefty who has hit a .243 ISO and a wOBA of .451 against righties over the last month. Wood has also hit two home runs over the last five games and has launched 34.8% of fly balls over the last month against righties.

Let’s give Wood a shot tonight.

    Noelvi Marte (+680

Noelvi Marte has been red-hot for the Reds over the last week. He’s hit two home runs over the last five games and has smashed a .200 ISO with a wOBA of .358 against righties over the last month.

Marte will face righty Tobias Myers of the Mets, who has allowed a .333 ISO and a wOBA of .547 to his last 11 righties. Myers has allowed a .250 ISO and a wOBA of .410 to his first 59 righties this season.

Myers has also allowed 48.9% of hard contact and almost 30% of fly balls to righties this season. Marte can certainly stay hot against Myers tonight.

    Michael Busch (+320

It’ll be Michael Lorenzen on the mound for the Rockies tonight. The right-hander has watched his last 48 lefties hit a .233 ISO and a wOBA of .444. In addition, he’s allowed a 9.4% barrel rate, 31.2% of fly balls and nearly 44% of hard contact against lefties over the last month.

Michael Busch is one of many red-hot lefties in the Chicago Cubs’ lineup tonight. He’s hit a .235 ISO and a wOBA of .427 against his last 87 righties. Busch has also hit 36.7% of fly balls and a 16.3% barrel rate with 51% of hard contact.

Busch is in a good spot to hit a homer tonight.
