Sunday’s Best MLB Home Run Props & Picks

Matt Olson (+320)
Matt Olson has hit a .286 ISO and a wOBA of .344 against his last 70 righties. While his strikeout rate is high, he’s still hit nearly 35% of fly balls, a 55.8% hard-hit rate and a team-leading 20.9% barrel rate against righties over the last month.
Today, he’ll take on Mason Adams of the Colorado Rockies, who has already allowed his first 10 lefties faced to hit a .429 ISO and a wOBA of .499. Those lefties have added 50% of hard contact and 33.3% of fly balls. Plus, Adams has allowed a 16.7% barrel rate with only one strikeout against those 10 batters.

Jake Bauers (+360)
Jake Bauers leads the Brewers’ projected lineup with 42.4% of fly balls against righties over the last month. He’s hit a .174 ISO and a wOBA of .383 with only 23% of strikeouts against righties during that time. He’s also hit a 12.1% barrel rate with only 27.3% of ground balls.
Bauers takes on Kumar Rocker of the Texas Rangers. Rocker has allowed a .254 ISO and a wOBA of .408 to his last 70 lefties. He’s only struck out 20% of those 70 lefties and has allowed almost 35% of fly balls with an 8.2% barrel rate.
Bauers can absolutely take advantage of Rocker tonight. Grab Bauers to go yard at +360.
Francisco Lindor (+390)
Francisco Lindor has added a .167 ISO and a wOBA of .367 against his last 76 righties. While he’s struck out 27.6% of the time against righties in the last month, he’s set to face a right-hander who hasn’t shown much potential with strikeouts against lefties recently.
That righty is Ethan Pecko of the Astros, who has earned just 3.8% of strikeouts against his first 26 lefties faced. Pecko has also given up 38.9% of fly balls with a .316 ISO and a wOBA of .435 against lefties over the last month.
Meanwhile, Lindor has hit 31.1% of fly balls and 57.8% of hard contact with an 8.9% barrel rate against righties over the last month. With Juan Soto protecting Lindor in the lineup, things could get interesting.
