MLB Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Sunday (6/25)

If only we all had a same-game parlay for the Angles last night against the Rockies. Unless you’re a Rockies fan, that was quite entertaining.

I don’t think we’ll see a game like that today. But hopefully, we can get a couple of similar outcomes with our parlays and their overs for total bases.

Here are a couple of same-game parlays to consider for today’s slate of games.

Oakland Athletics vs. Toronto Blue Jays

I’m attacking the Athletics today.

Luis Medina will take the mound for Oakland. He’s been better as of late but has still watched his last 64 righties faced hit a .296 ISO and wOBA of .449.

Medina has allowed 34.1% of fly balls and 56.8% of hard contact while only earning 31.8% of grounders. On the season. Medina has allowed a .327 ISO and wOBA of .424. He’s just been bad against righties overall.

Therefore, I’ll bet on George Springer and Bo Bichette to dominate. Springer has hit a .178 ISO and wOBA of .363 against his last 97 righties. He also limited strikeouts and doesn’t walk much. Meanwhile, Bichette has a .216 ISO and wOBA of .355. He’s also got low strikeouts and low walks. That means they’re up to the plate looking to put the ball in play.

On the other hand, Medina has still allowed a .188 ISO and wOBA of .334 to his first 77 lefties faced this year. Brandon Belt is on fire, hitting a .227 ISO and wOBA of 382 against his last 55 righties. Belt is batting third in front of Vladimir Guerrero Jr, so that explains enough.

Parlay Odds: +569

Texas Rangers vs. New York Yankees

The Yankees’ offense has suffered without Aaron Judge, but Jake Bauers still has solid numbers against righties over the last month for New York. Bauers has hit a .328 ISO and wOBA of .403 against his last 66 righties. He’ll face Nathan Eovaldi, who has allowed a .185 ISO and wOBA of .315 to his last 58 lefties. Bauers and Billy McKinney are the only legitimate, consistent threats in the Yankees lineup against righties.

I still like Nathan Eovaldi to earn at least six strikeouts. He’s earning higher strikeouts against righties and will take on a Yankees lineup with their three highest strikeout batters hitting from the right side.

Meanwhile, Gerrit Cole has earned 29.5% of strikeouts over the last month. That’s above his season average of 26.4%. He’ll be fine for most of this game, however, he’s allowed lefties to hit a .222 ISO and wOBA of .336. The Rangers also don’t strike out often, which pushed me away from his strikeout prop.

Anyway, he’s had trouble against lefties recently, and Corey Seager is one of the best lefty hitters in the game, hitting a .371 ISO and wOBA of .517 over the last month. If anyone is going to hit an extra-base hit off Cole, it’ll be Seager.

Parlay Odds: +504
