Washington Nationals vs. New York Mets
- Leg 1: Francisco Lindor Over 1.5 Total Bases (-110)
- Leg 2: Jared Young Over 1.5 Total Bases (+140)
- Leg 3: Carson Benge Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105)
The New York Mets have won eight of their last 11 games and look to sweep the Nationals today. Washington will pitch righty Jake Irvin, who has allowed a .271 ISO and a wOBA of .322 to his last 58 batters. Irvin has thrown an average of 77 pitches per start during that stretch and has allowed nearly 40% of fly balls during that time.
Irving has been a bit lucky with a .154 batting average on balls in play (BABIP), but that could change against some of the Mets’ hottest bats.
Francisco Lindor has a .229 ISO and a wOBA of .398 against his last 81 righties. Jared Young has smoked a .212 ISO and a wOBA of .385 against his last 60 righties. Carson Bengee has a .370 wOBA and a .417 BABIP against righties in the last 30 days. Those three batters have plenty of potential today.

Kansas City Royals vs. Los Angeles Angels
- Leg 1: Carter Jensen Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105)
- Leg 2: Jac Caglianone Over 1.5 Total Bases (-120)
- Leg 3: John Rave Over 1.5 Total Bases (+175)
We’re riding with the left-handed bats in the Kansas City Royals’ lineup today.
Ryan Johnson is slated to pitch for the Angels, and he’s allowed a .250 ISO and a wOBA of .391 against his last 57 lefties. Additionally, he’s allowed a 23.1% barrel rate to lefties and has given up over 43% of fly balls. He’s only struck out 15.8% of lefties and continues to fall behind hitters this season.
Meanwhile, Carter Jensen has hit a .283 ISO and a wOBA of .359 against his last 72 righties. Jac Caglianone has been even better, with a .311 ISO and a wOBA of .424 against his last 64 righties. John Rave has smashed a .208 ISO and a wOBA of .330 against his last 26 righties. I’m confident in the lefties for the Royals today.
