New York Mets vs. Philadelphia Phillies

The Phillies are set to pitch Aaron Nola. He’s a righty who has allowed a .222 ISO and a wOBA of .322 to his last 52 lefties. Those lefties have hit over 60% of hard contact and a 9.1% barrel rate over the last month.

Juan Soto is a lefty who has hit a .317 ISO and a wOBA of .427 against his last 74 righties. He’s even limited strikeouts to 9.5% during that time against righties.

Additionally, Nola has surrendered a .182 ISO and a wOBA of .335 to his last 56 righties. Bo Bichette is a right-handed batter with a .195 ISO and a wOBA of .335 against his last 89 righties. He can do damage, too.

Sean Manaea has earned 38.5% of strikeouts against lefties over the last month. He’ll face a Phillies lineup that could have four lefties in it. Those four lefties have combined to strike out nearly 25% of the time against lefties. Manaea should face enough lefties to add at least six strikeouts tonight.

Parlay Odds: +623

New York Yankees vs. Chicago White Sox

The Chicago White Sox will send out Sean Burke tonight. The right-hander has allowed a .246 ISO and a wOBA of .330 to his last 70 lefties. He’s had a high strikeout rate against lefties, but has also allowed over 17% of walks. Additionally, Burke has given up 47.2% of fly balls to lefties during this time and has allowed 55.6% of hard contact.

Let’s stack lefties against Burke.

Ben Rice has socked a .295 ISO and a wOBA of .402 against his last 70 righties. Jasson Dominguez is a switch-hitter, but he’ll bat from the left side against Burke. Dominguez has hit a .600 ISO and a wOBA of .455 against lefties since returning to the lineup. Cody Bellinger has earned a .233 ISO and a wOBA of .367 against his last 70 righties.

The lefties have dominated righties over the last 30 days. Look for that to continue tonight.
