Tampa Bay Rays vs. Kansas City Royals
- Leg 1: Junior Caminero Over 1.5 Total Bases (-165)
- Leg 2: Jonathan Aranda Over 1.5 Total Bases (-125)
- Leg 3: Cedric Mullins Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
The Kansas City Royals are set to pitch Stephen Kolek tonight. The right-hander has struggled against both sides of the plate, allowing a .221 ISO and a wOBA of .392 to his last 92 batters faced.
Against lefties, Kolek has allowed a .278 ISO and a wOBA of .454 over the last month. He’ll have to face Jonathan Aranda and Cedric Mullins, who are both hitting righties well right now. Aranda has posted a .158 ISO and a .434 wOBA over the last 30 days against righties, while Mullins has posted a .316 ISO and a .384 wOBA.
Junior Caminero has a .408 ISO and a .465 wOBA against righties as a right-handed hitter over the last month. He’ll match up against Kolek, who has also allowed a .180 ISO and a .350 wOBA to his last 55 righties. Kolek has struggled to earn strikeouts against righties lately, too.

San Diego Padres vs. Los Angeles Dodgers
- Leg 1: Shohei Ohtani Over 1.5 Total Bases (-145)
- Leg 2: Freddie Freeman Over 1.5 Total Bases (-110)
- Leg 3: Mookie Betts Over 1.5 Total Bases (+100)
Randy Vasquez is set to make another start for the San Diego Padres. The righty has been terrible against his last 105 batters, allowing a .284 ISO and a .456 wOBA. He’s also allowed more fly balls than ground balls induced and has given up a 13.4% barrel rate.
Shohei Ohtani hit a .311 ISO and a wOBA of .489 against his last 76 righties. Freddie Freeman has earned a .286 ISO and a wOBA of .490 against his last 84 righties. Mookie Betts has a .260 ISO and a wOBA of .419 against his last 80 righties. Betts was held out of yesterday’s game with wrist soreness. If Betts is out, Kyle Tucker and Dalton Rushing are also solid options.
Vasquez has earned just 12.4% of strikeouts over the last month and has allowed over 52% hard contact. He’s been terrible analytically throughout the season. Look for the top Dodgers bats to take advantage.
