Tuesday’s Best MLB Same Game Parlays

    (Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook)

    Texas Rangers vs. Minnesota Twins

The Texas Rangers will roll with Tyler Mahle tonight. He’s a veteran righty who has held his last 116 batters to a .058 ISO and wOBA of .262. However, he’s still struck out only 18.1% of those batters. Mahle has earned only 11.2% of swinging strikes and 21.3% of whiffs over the last month.

Tonight, he’ll battle a Twins lineup that has struck out only 19.2% of the time. Only Willi Castro has struck out more than 21.3% of the time against righties over the last month. Mahle doesn’t have an ideal matchup, and we’re getting his strikeouts under at +118 odds.

On the other hand, Simeon Woods Richardson will start for the Twins. He’s a right-hander who has allowed a .222 ISO and wOBA of .418 to his first 80 lefties. In addition, his last 12 lefties have hit a .545 ISO and wOBA of .704.

Josh Smith and Corey Seager are not red-hot against righties. However, Smith has only struck out 16.4% of the time against righties over the last month. He’s also added 50% of hard contact and has hit just 33.9% of ground balls against righties. If he continues hitting those kinds of numbers, the tide will turn.

Plus, the same could be said about Seager. He’s hit zero extra base hits against righties over the last month, but has hit 85.7% of hard contact with a 14.3% barrel rate.

We’ll try our luck with the Texas lefties against Woods Richardson.

    Parlay Odds: +446

    Seattle Mariners vs. Arizona Diamondbacks

Brandon Pfaadt will take the hill for the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight. He’s been dreadful as of late, allowing a .309 ISO and wOBA of .422 to his last 91 batters. Even worse, he’s earned just 11% of strikeouts over the last 30 days.

The Mariners have a few high-strikeout hitters. However, they’ve also got six batters who have struck out below 22% of the time. There are only three legitimate strikeout targets for Pfaadt. That said, over the last 30 days, he’s added only 7.5% of swinging strikes and has allowed a 22.2% barrel rate. These are just super ugly stats.

Pfaadt will go up against J.P. Crawford, who is a left-handed hitter, hitting a .172 ISO and wOBA of .400 against righties. Crawford has earned nearly 35% of line drives against righties over the last 30 days and has also added a .404 batting average on balls in play (BABIP).

There’s also Cal Raleigh, who has been one of the best hitters in the MLB this year. Raleigh has slugged a .475 ISO and wOBA of .455 against his last 72 righties. Pfaadt has allowed nearly 38% of fly balls and a .371 ISO to his last 40 righties. Raleigh has plenty of potential to hit another long ball tonight.

    Parlay Odds: +538
