    Washington Nationals at Colorado Rockies

The Colorado Rockies will roll with Antonio Senzatela tonight. The right-hander has allowed a .269 ISO and wOBA of .510 against his last 60 lefties. He’s also added just 5% of strikeouts against lefties in the last month, while giving up 13.3% of walks.

Senzatela has allowed 34.7% of line drives to lefties over the last 30 days. He’s also given up a 12.2% barrel rate to lefties during that time and has earned only 4.6% of swinging strikes over the last 30 days. In addition, the right-hander has allowed 53.1% of hard contact over the last month.

Meanwhile, the Nationals have a bunch of lefties consistently hitting well against righties right now. James Wood has earned a .288 ISO and wOBA of .423 against his last 69 righties. On the other hand, CJ Abrams has contributed a .242 ISO and wOBA of .383 against his last 76 righties. Luis Garcia has socked a .191 ISO and wOBA of .376 against his last 72 righties.

All three lefties could have massive days against Senzatela.

    Minnesota Twins vs. Cincinnati Reds

The Minnesota Twins will send David Festa to the mound tonight. The right-hander has struggled against lefties over his last couple of starts. Against his last 15 lefties, Festa has allowed a .417 ISO and wOBA of .507 with 40% of fly balls.

In addition, he’s struck out only 13.3% of lefties during that stretch and has walked 20%. Beyond that, Festa has given up a 10% barrel rate and has induced only 40% of ground balls.

TJ Friedl, Elly De La Cruz and Jake Fraley are all lefties who have had success over the last month against righties. Friedl should lead things off. He’s added a .200 ISO and wOBA of .469 with only 16.4% of strikeouts. Meanwhile, Elly De La Cruz has slugged a .466 ISO and wOBA of .574 with just 13.2% of strikeouts. Jake Frlaey has earned a .200 ISO and wOBA of .380 with only 16.7% of strikeouts.

These three lefties have all limited strikeouts against lefties, while hitting plenty of line drive contact. Friedl has added 31.2% of line drives against righties over the last month. De La Cruz has earned 67.3% of hard contact with a 24.5% barrel rate. Fraley has an 8.3% barrel rate with only 37.5% of ground balls against righties over the last 30 days.

Stack the lefties in this same-game parlay.
