Bryce Harper Over 0.5 Walks

Harper didn’t walk in his last game. That was the first time in five games in which he did not take first base freely. That brought his walk rate down to 26% across his 47 plate appearances this postseason. He has found a free pass in eight of his 11 playoff games, and despite not walking in Game 5, the Diamondbacks are clearly pitching around him. He had three three-ball counts, and only seven of the 18 pitches he saw in Game 5 were in the zone. When Merrill Kelly faced the Phillies in Game 2, he walked Harper on four straight pitches in his first plate appearance.

Aaron Nola Under 1.5 Walks Allowed

The Phillies right-hander has been pounding the zone throughout the playoffs, a characteristic he has become known for throughout his career. This season, he ranked in the 87th percentile in BB%, and in 2022, he was in the 99th percentile. He is under this mark in seven consecutive starts and 15 of his last 18. Aaron Nola also has quite the history facing this Arizona roster. They have walked just once in their 80 combined plate appearances against him.

Yordan Alvarez Over 1.5 Hits, Runs + RBIs

There isn’t a hotter hitter on the face of this Earth right now than Alverez. He has two hits in five straight contests. He has exceeded this number in nine of 10 playoff games and 15 of his last 19 dating back to the end of the regular season. David Ortiz has called him ‘Baby Papi’ for a reason. Alverez is now 17-39 with 12 runs, 14 RBIs and six home runs this postseason.
