MLB World Series Same Game Parlays & Picks: Brewers vs. Rays (Monday)

My last column for Game 6 of the American League Championship Series (ALCS) cashed a +515 three-leg parlay. Freddy Peralta is back on the mound for tonight’s World Series Game 3 as he looks to jumpstart the Tampa Bay Rays’ quest to become the eighth team in MLB history to win the World Series after losing the first two games on the road (and the first since the 1996 Yankees). In addition to a Moneyline wager, today’s three-leg parlay includes two props from players who spent time on the opposing team. Let’s dive into the best MLB World Series same game parlays for Monday, October 26th.

Milwaukee Brewers at Tampa Bay Rays

No disrespect to the Rays, who tied the Brewers with an MLB-best 55-26 home record in the regular season, but I can’t pass up Milwaukee at plus-money odds after winning nine out of 10 playoff games. The Brewers’ 9-1 record is tied for the best record through the first 10 games of a single postseason in MLB history.

Milwaukee is a versatile team that has won in a variety of ways this postseason. It is 5-1 in one-run games (tied for the sixth-best record in a single postseason). It is also the fifth team in MLB playoff history to overcome two four-run deficits, and is one of two teams to win a series opener three times in one postseason while scoring three or fewer runs in each game.

This game carries a lot of emotion for Freddy Peralta, who spent eight seasons with the Brewers and leads them in K/9 rate (11.2) among qualified pitchers. But I expect Milwaukee to use the same approach it used against Drew Rasmussen, which led to his shortest outing (3.2 innings) since July 9th.

The Brewers' first eight batters took the first pitch against Rasmussen. The patient approach worked, and Rasmussen threw the second-most pitches by a starting pitcher through four innings in these playoffs (89).

Peralta has pitched to an MLB-best 1.17 ERA since August 26th (10 games, nine starts). But this line is inflated because one of his starts this postseason was the longest playoff outing of his career (six innings), and I don't expect him to go nearly that long against a pesky Brewers lineup.

Jake Bauers went 4-for-14 in the National League Championship Series (NLCS) with two extra-base hits, six RBI, a .412 on-base percentage (OBP) and a .571 slugging rate. His 26 home runs this season are a career-high, and he entered the World Series slashing .269/.441/.423 with a 151 wRC+ in eight 2026 playoff games.

Among players with at least 400 plate appearances this season, Bauers ranked top eight in OBP, wRC+ and walk rate, and in the top 25 in chase rate, hard-hit rate, barrels and pitches per plate appearance.

      Parlay Odds: +865
