Monday’s Best NBA Player Prop Bets

Odds courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook | This Season: 32-53 (-22.11 units)

Alperen Sengun Over 23.5 Points (-110)

Sengun has only hit this number twice in his last six games. This season, he’s averaging just 21.6 points per game, so you may be inclined to take the under. However, this is a perfect matchup for him.

The Pacers have been the worst team at defending in the paint all season. They’re allowing 59.9 points per game from that area of the floor. When these two teams met earlier this season, Sengun scored 30 points in 37 minutes. He was 11-of-20 from the floor, with all of his shots coming from inside the three-point line. Though he’s been inconsistent of late, this is the type of matchup that is perfect for a bounceback.

Jaden McDaniels Over 1.5 Made 3-Pointers (+166)

McDaniels is averaging just 3.4 attempts and 1.3 makes from deep per game this season. He’s just 3-of-13 in his last three games, and he’s only made two or more 3s in two of his last seven contests. Yet, at this price, this is a bet worth making.

While the Bulls rank 15th in the league in opponent 3-point percentage, they’re not good at defending the arc. The only reason the percentage is so low is because teams attempt so many deep shots against them. McDaniels is not the main three-point shooter on the Minnesota Timberwolves by any means, but he should attempt more than his season average tonight. For this price, there’s no reason not to back his over.

Donte DiVincenzo Under 3.5 Assists (+110)

DiVincenzo is averaging just 2.3 assists per game this season. Yet, he’s recorded at least three assists in five of his last six games. Despite averaging 3.3 assists in January and starting February with seven assists in two games, there is value in taking his under tonight.

DiVincenzo’s ceiling is just six assists. He has yet to record more than that in a game this year. But he has multiple zero-assist games and finished with fewer than four assists in 13 of his last 21 games. This isn’t a lock by any means, but the Grizzlies are 13th in the league in points allowed per game and 11th in assists allowed per contest. To get the under in this matchup for +110 is too good to pass up.
