Denver Nuggets vs. Los Angeles Clippers

Nicolas Batum has added at least six points in six consecutive games. He even added 12 points against the Nuggets in Game 3 of the series. Over the last three games against the Nuggets, Batum has attempted at least five threes in each. He’s also shot 50% or better in two of those three games and has only taken threes in these games. Ultimately, the Nuggets rank 12th in three-point field goal percentage against power forwards. They’re an average defense against the three when facing power forwards, and Batum has taken advantage. Let’s ride the hot hand.

On the other hand, Kawhi Leonard has added at least 26 points in three of his last five games. He’s only hit at least 26 points in one of the first three games against Denver. However, the Nugggets still rank 25th in the NBA in points allowed to small forwards. Leonard has hit 54.1% from the field over the last ten games and has buried 45% from downtown. The volume from Leonard has been consistent, too. He’s attempted 19 shots per game over the last ten games. Another game like Game 2 could be in play for Leonard tonight.

Finally, Aaron Gordon has earned at least 16 points in just one of the three games against the Clippers. He’s got a difficult matchup against a Clippers team that ranks first in the NBA in points allowed to power forwards. Meanwhile, Gordon has shot 38% from the field over the last two games and has hit just 29.8% from downtown in the previous ten games. The Clippers aren’t making it easy on Gordon. Finish this parlay with his Under.

Houston Rockets vs. Golden State Warriors

Jalen Green recorded eight rebounds in his first game against the Warriors. However, in Game 2, he finished with just four rebounds. That’s more like it. Green has added at least five rebounds in just 45% of games this season. He’s also managed to grab at least five rebounds in just 25% of his last 16 games against the Warriors. In addition, he’s added at least five rebounds in just two of his last ten games. The Warriors currently rank 9th in the NBA in rebounds allowed to shooting guards.

Meanwhile, Fred VanVleet has earned no more than three assists in three of his last four games. He managed seven in Game 1 of this series but fell back to life in Game 2, adding only two assists. He’s facing a Warriors defense that ranks 6th in the NBA in assists allowed to point guards and has struggled to reach his prop in three of his last four. We’ll grab his under.

Lastly, Draymond Green didn’t add a single assist in Game 2. He’s earned at least five assists in just two of his last five games, but neither of those games was against Houston in the playoffs. He’s added just three assists in 66.5 minutes against the Rockets in the playoffs. That’s because the Rockets rank fourth in the NBA in assists allowed to power forwards. Don’t expect Green to add a high rate of assists. Let’s ride the Under.
