NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Saturday (11/19)

There are only five games on today’s NBA slate. But we’ve still got some intriguing matchups with value scattered around.

Here are a couple of same-game parlays to consider for November 19 in the NBA.

Toronto Raptors vs. Atlanta Hawks

  • Leg 1: OG Anunoby Under 22.5 Points  (-113)
  • Leg 2: De’Andre Hunter Under 15.5 Points (-118)
  • Leg 3: Fred VanVleet Under 3.5 Rebounds (-130)

OG Anunoby is leading the team with 18.2 points per game. He’s the only player of the top three scorers on the Raptors to qualify now. Pascal Siakam and Fred VanVleet score more points per game but don’t have enough games on their resume yet. I know he’s coming off a 32-point game against the Heat and scored 19 and 26 points in the previous two games. But he’s still averaging just 18.3 points per game.

Siakam won’t play, but Fred VanVleet will. That’ll take away from Anunoby’s point total.

Because VanVleet is in, we can also look at taking Under 3.5 rebounds for him tonight. VanVleet has only hit four rebounds or more in 36% of games this year. He’s missed four rebounds in four straight games, and because he’s an effective scoring option tonight, that should continue. His focus will be on scoring and dishing out assists.

Meanwhile, De’Andre Hunter of the Hawks is averaging 15.5 points per game. He’s had some big games to earn 15.5 points per game because he’s only hit 16 points or more in 33% of games this year. Hunter averaged just 1.3 threes in November and shot 42.3% from the field in the month. Hunter earns most of his points at the foul line. But he’s only had two games with more than five attempts. Take his Under.

Minnesota Timberwolves vs. Philadelphia 76ers

  • Leg 1: Joel Emibiid Under 34.5 Points (-113)
  • Leg 2: Joel Embiid Under 5.5 Assists (+104)
  • Leg 3: Joel Embiid Under 12.5 Rebounds (-132)

I know this doesn’t seem well thought out. But it is.

Joel Embiid has scored 35 points per game in just 27% of games this season. He’s also hit six assists in 27% of games this season. Oh, and he’s also hit 13 rebounds in, you guessed it, 27% of games.

The Timberwolves have held teams to 112.3 points per 100 possessions. Teams are currently shooting a 52.9% effective field goal percentage against Minnesota, which is 8th best in the league defensively for the Timberwolves.

Minnesota isn’t great on the defensive glass. However, the 76ers have earned just 21% of offensive rebounds this season. Embiid will have to earn most of his rebounding chances on the defensive end.

With James Harden, Furkan Korkmax, Tobias Harris, and potentially Tyrese Maxey out, the oddsmakers are expecting Embiid to have a monster game.

Embiid has averaged 32.3 points, and his point total is set at 34.5. He’s earned 4.5 assists per game, and now his assist total is set at 5.5. Embiid has rebounded 10.2 times per game, and now his line is set at 12.5.

Without a supporting cast, Embiid and the Sixers could struggle early. That would limit Embiid, who would sit for most of the game anyway.

Fade Embiid’s inflated numbers.
