NBA Same Game Parlay Odds, Picks & Predictions: Wednesday (3/1)

Welcome to a loaded, nine-game NBA slate where I’ll provide my favorite same-game parlays for your liking. It’s been a successful season so far, and I’d love to keep it going.

Remember to shop around for the best odds for these props. These are long-shot bets, so do not expect to always cash with each SGP. Here are a pair of my favorite plays.

NBA Same Game Parlay Picks: March 1, 2023

Odds via DraftKings Sportsbook

Philadelphia 76ers at Miami Heat

    • Leg 1: James Harden Over 5.5 rebounds (-125)
    • Leg 2: Bam Adebayo Over 17.5 points (-117)
    • Leg 3: Joel Embiid Over 29.5 points (-120)

Despite this game at Miami with a 215.5-point over/under, I am preferencing the over props for this first same-game parlay. While Miami ranks fourth in the league in defense, they rank 20th in rebound rate. Harden will find plenty of opportunities to get rebounds with Philadelphia ranking fifth best in the NBA on defense. I am guessing Miami’s high number of missed shots will give plenty of opportunities for Harden on the boards.

Uncorrelated, I still see Adebayo’s point total set too low from the books. That is most likely due to the opposition and the pace-down spot that comes with it. Adebayo is due for some major positive regression, as has averaged 17.0 points a game over the last two weeks. That’s down from better than 21 points a game this season.

Embiid is in the same boat with his point-prop ranking too low. This is an odd parlay to put together, but I will still be putting a full unit on it.

Parlay Odds: +512

Phoenix Suns at Charlotte Hornets

    • Leg 1: Devin Booker Over 24.5 points (-110)
    • Leg 2: Mark Williams Under 9.5 rebounds (-120)
    • Leg 3: Chris Paul Over 4.5 rebounds (+130)

With Kevin Durant set to make his Phoenix debut, it is impossible for me to pass up betting on this game. It is tough to predict what will happen with the implementation of such a big piece into the Suns’ lineup. If anything, I imagine the books are going to set the Phoenix player props way too low with the generally expected high usage for Durant.

Booker has averaged 26.5 points a game this season and has recently gotten his feet under him after returning from injury. He is still due for a bump in scoring. Paul is in the same boat with a higher expected rebound total than 4.5. At plus money, I have to add it in here.

The books are on Williams going under 9.5 boards with his -120 odds. I agree. Phoenix has the 11th-best rebound rate in the league. Going up against their frontcourt will be difficult for Williams and company. I’ll be putting a single unit on this play.

Parlay Odds: +705
