Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Portland Trail Blazers
- Leg 1: Cason Wallace Under 2.5 Assists (-102)
- Leg 2: Scoot Henderson Over 2.5 Rebounds (-170)
- Leg 3: Donovan Clingan Over 8.5 Rebounds (-113)
Cason Wallace has added just one assist in each of his last two games. He’s averaged only 2.4 assists per game in the previous five and has earned just 1.2 assists per game in six head-to-head meetings against the Trail Blazers. Wallace hasn’t had more than four potential assists in three consecutive games. He’s also taking on a Portland defense ranked 10th in the NBA in assists allowed to shooting guards this season. Don’t expect Wallace to find much opportunity, even if this game is a Thunder blowout.
Meanwhile, Scoot Henderson has recorded no more than two rebounds in each of his last three games. Yet, he’s still nailed at least three rebounds in 20 out of 38 games this season and has recorded at least three rebounds in all four head-to-head matchups against the Thunder. Better yet, he’s averaged four rebounds per game in those four meetings against the Thunder. In addition, the Thunder rank dead last in the NBA in rebounds allowed to point guards. Henderson should get ample opportunity to add at least three rebounds in tonight’s showdown.
Donovan Clingan will start with Deandre Ayton out. Clingan has recorded at least 10 rebounds in four straight games. He’s also had at least 16 rebound chances in all four of those games. Clingan has ultimately averaged 10.5 rebounds in his last five games and will take on a Thunder defense that has allowed nearly 16 rebounds per game to centers. The Thunder rank 22nd in rebounds allowed to centers. Clingan should be able to take advantage and help close out this parlay.
