Toronto Raptors vs. Dallas Mavericks
- Leg 1: Scottie Barnes Over 17.5 Points (-125)
- Leg 2: Immanuel Quickley Over 3.5 Rebounds (-162)
- Leg 3: Anthony Davis Over 11.5 Rebounds (+104)
The Toronto Raptors have started the season 1-1, with Scottie Barnes and Brandon Ingram. Barnes is looking like he’ll have another excellent season. He added 22 points against Atlanta in the first game of the season and followed that up with a 17-point outing against Milwaukee in a loss. Tonight, he’ll get to face a Mavericks defense ranked 27th in points allowed to power forwards this season. Dallas’ defense ranks 27th in field goals allowed to power forwards and has allowed a super-high offensive rebound rate against them. With 35+ minutes, Barnes will get his opportunities.
Meanwhile, Immanuel Quickley just played 37 minutes in the Raptors’ last game. The Toronto guard has tallied at least four rebounds in both games so far this season, including seven against Milwaukee. Quickley had 12 rebound chances in that game and will now face a Dallas defense ranked 25th in defensive rebounds allowed to point guards. The Mavericks also rank 24th in total rebounds allowed to point guards. It looks like Quickley could have another 10 rebound chances tonight.
When Quickley isn’t hauling in the rebounds, we hope it’s Anthony Davis. He has grabbed 13 rebounds in back-to-back games to start the season. He’s also recorded 21+ rebound chances per game this year. He’s set to face a Toronto defense ranked 23rd in total rebounds and defensive rebounds this season. Look for Davis to have another 20+ rebound chances tonight.

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Los Angeles Clippers
- Leg 1: Shaedon Sharpe Under 19.5 Points (-104)
- Leg 2: Kawhi Leonard Over 3.5 Assists (+116)
- Leg 3: Donovan Clingan Under 9.5 Rebounds (-132)
Shaedon Sharpe has been a solid piece for the Trail Blazers. While he’s scored at least 15 points per game, he hasn’t added more than 17 in either game this season. Sharpe has played no more than 29 minutes in either game this season and has shot 33% or worse in each. The volume will always be there for Sharpe, but the efficiency won’t. It won’t be any easier against the Clippers, who rank second in the NBA in points allowed to shooting guards this season.
On the other hand, Kawhi Leonard finished with five assists in Los Angeles’ latest game against the Suns. He had six potential assists and dished out five assists. Over his last 10 games, dating back to last season, he’s averaged 7.6 potential assists per game. Expect more potential assists for Leonard tonight, against a Blazers defense ranked 28th in assists allowed to small forwards.
Finally, consider Donovan Clingan to hit the under on his rebounds prop. He has compiled six and eight rebounds in his first two games of the season. His usage is super low, and he played only 22 minutes against the Warriors last time out.
Clingan is a tremendous overall rebounder. But the rebound opportunities will be harder to come by against the Clippers. Los Angeles ranks first in offensive rebounds allowed to centers and fourth in total rebounds allowed to centers this season.
