NFL Week 10 Early Odds, Picks & Predictions (2022)

We’re already halfway through the season!

I like to give out next week’s bets early in this article. I ultimately try to get us closing line value before the current games for the week begin.

Last week, I suggested grabbing the Minnesota Vikings at -2.5 over Washington. They’re now -3.5. That 2.5 number is crucial. I also acknowledged that the Colts at +6.5 was way too many points. That number has since dropped to +5.5.

Now I’ve got three more potential targets for Week 10.

NFL Week 10 Early Odds, Picks & Predictions

Atlanta Falcons vs. Carolina Panthers

Next week, we may get another NFC South showdown between the top-division teams.

The Atlanta Falcons earned an overtime win against the Carolina Panthers last week. But I think we’re all in agreement that the Panthers probably should’ve won. The kicking game ended up losing the Panthers that game.

With Cincinnati coming off a brutal loss to the Cleveland Browns, what if the Panthers end up earning a win over Cincinnati and the Falcons end up losing to the Los Angeles Chargers at home?

The spread would eventually favor the Panthers at home. So grab the Panthers at +1.5 at home in Week 10.

Bet: Panthers +1.5  (-110)

Seattle Seahawks vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Nobody expected the Seattle Seahawks to be in playoff contention this year. But here they are. They’re legitimate with Geno Smith at quarterback.

The Seahawks are on the road in a divisional matchup against Arizona this week. The Cardinals are two-point favorites despite only having three wins this year. On the other hand, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a home game against the Los Angeles Rams as three-point favorites.

You’re telling me that the Seahawks deserve half of a point more than the Rams?

I’m not buying it. If the Bucs beat the Rams and the Seahawks lose to the Cardinals, the Bucs will end up being 3,5-point favorites, if not more.

I’m taking the Buccaneers at -2.5 at home against Seattle.

Bet: Buccaneers -2.5 (-110)

New Orleans Saints vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers just traded away Chase Claypool. They’re in a rebuild. Meanwhile, the Saints are still fighting for the NFC South.

On the other hand, the Saints have three wins and are tied with the Buccaneers for second place. The Falcons are just 4-4 and in first place in the NFC South. It’s still anyone’s division. The Saints are home underdogs to the Baltimore Ravens. But what if the Saints pull off a home upset on Monday Night Football and beat the Ravens?

They’ll have some hype around them. If the Saints lose, the line won’t change one bit. But having the Saints at -2.5 against the Steelers seems valuable, regardless.

Bet: Saints -2.5 (-110)
