NFL Week 10 Early Odds, Picks & Predictions (2024)
There’s been a lot going on in the NFL. Over the last couple of weeks, there have been many quarterback changes, and many teams have seemingly thrown in the towel.
With all this in mind, here are a few best bets for Week 10 before Week 9 even begins. The goal is to add some +EV to the betting portfolio.

Buffalo Bills vs. Indianapolis Colts
The Indianapolis Colts decided to change quarterbacks, with Joe Flacco getting the start moving forward. The quarterback change wasn’t only because of Anthony Richardson’s head tap on third and goal; it was also because he completed below 45% of his passes this season.
Richardson was always a project. But he only lasted ten games with the Colts 1s before getting benched.
Let’s not forget about how Joe Flacco pushed the Cleveland Browns into the playoffs last season. He could do the same with this Colts team. Analytically, Indianapolis looks like a playoff contender. They just needed a compatible quarterback. Now they’ve got one starting. An upset against the Minnesota Vikings certainly isn’t out of the question.
Meanwhile, the Bills typically dominate the Dolphins. But with the season ultimately on the line for Miami, the Dolphins could sneak a win over Buffalo. If this happens, the Colts would absolutely see line movement in their favour ahead of this game, especially since they’re home.
Let’s take the Colts at +4 for this game.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The San Francisco 49ers can’t do anything to hurt their value. Maybe they surprise us with a Christian McCaffrey return after this upcoming bye week. But that would only help the live movement.
On the other hand, the Buccaneers are scheduled to take the road to face the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday night. Baker Mayfield has thrown seven interceptions in his last three games and doesn’t have his top two receivers right now.
Therefore, this is an easy decision for me: Take the 49ers at -5.5 (-110) ahead of Week 9 for this Week 10 matchup.

Philadelphia Eagles vs. Dallas Cowboys
The Eagles-Cowboys rivalry is always a fun one.
The Eagles will take on the Jacksonville Jaguars at home this weekend. After a massive win on the road against the Bengals, the Eagles have legitimate momentum. It’s hard to imagine the Jaguars would stop all that momentum, especially with Brian Thomas Jr., Travis Etienne, and Christian Kirk banged up and Christian Kirk done for the season.
On the other hand, the Cowboys are on the road against the Falcons. Atlanta is a three-point favorite but figure to throw all over the Cowboys in that one.
Even with the Eagles on the road, Philadelphia at -2.5 looks really nice. Grab it before you see that 3 number next week.
