NFL Week 18 Confidence Pool Picks & Predictions (2024)
We’ve reached the final week of the NFL regular season. I appreciate everyone’s support throughout the year!
Through Week 17, we’ve gone 168-88 and have accumulated 1508 confidence points at ESPN Pick’em. These picks currently rank 14,459 and are in the 85.1 percentile.
I wish we had done better in the later portion of the season. But I hope these articles helped some of you at least win family or friend pools. Thanks for following along throughout the year!
Without further ado, here are the final confidence picks of the NFL season.
NFL Confidence Pool Picks
(1) Chiefs | Chiefs vs. Broncos
C’mon! Let’s root for some chaos! Kansas City’s winning culture could stun the Broncos on the road without their key starters.
(2) Dolphins | Dolphins vs. Jets
Tua or no Tua, the Dolphins have way more motivation than the Jets right now. Players on the Jets are begging for the season to be over.
(3) Bills | Bills vs. Patriots
Drake Maye won’t be 100%, even if he plays.
(4) Eagles | Giants vs. Eagles
This game doesn’t matter for the Eagles. But Philadelphia hasn’t decided whether it’ll play starters. I doubt Philadelphia will accept a loss to the Giants at home this weekend.
(5) Lions | Vikings vs. Lions
Everyone wants to give hot takes about how the Lions will lose this game because they played hard in the previous game? Give me a break!
(6) Cardinals | 49ers vs. Cardinals
The 49ers will likely end Brock Purdy’s season. That’s not ideal for this Week 18 matchup.
(7) Bengals | Bengals vs. Steelers
The Bengals would need the Jets to beat the Dolphins and the Chiefs to beat the Broncos to make the playoffs. I’ve got the Jets losing, but since the Bengals play on Saturday, they won’t know that result before playing. Take the Bengals in a must-win game.
(8) Commanders | Commanders vs. Cowboys
Dallas all but gave up on the season after last week’s 41-7 loss to the Eagles.
(9) Texans | Texans vs. Titans
Houston had some difficult games over the last couple of weeks. They’ll use this game to help them get back on track before the playoffs.
(10) Jaguars | Jaguars vs. Colts
The Colts might be the worst team in the NFL after losing to the Giants. Let’s take a chance with this upset at higher confidence.
(11) Seahawks | Seahawks vs. Rams
I’m confident that Jimmy Garoppolo won’t perform at a high level this weekend.
(12) Falcons | Panthers vs. Falcons
Michael Penix Jr. will have some growing pains, but I liked what I saw from him last week. He should have a field day against the Panthers’ defense.
(13) Chargers | Chargers vs. Raiders
This should be Antonio Pierce’s final game as head coach of the Raiders.
(14) Buccaneers | Saints vs. Buccaneers
The playoff dream is still alive for the Buccaneers.
(15) Packers | Bears vs. Packers
The Chicago Bears forgot what winning feels like.
(16) Ravens | Browns vs. Ravens
As -2000 favorites, there’s no better pick than the Ravens at 16.
