Best NFL Week 4 Player Prop Bets: London Game

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Christian Kirk Over 52.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

We saw this number go up a bit throughout the week, but I still like Christian Kirk to hit over 52.5 receiving yards on Sunday. Zay Jones will not be active again on Sunday, as he’s dealing with a leg injury. This leaves Calvin Ridley, Evan Engram and Christian Kirk as the top targets on Sunday for Trevor Lawrence. Kirk hit this over in the past two games without Jones in the lineup, including a 110-yard performance in Week 2.

This Jaguars offense has been stagnant compared to what we expected coming into the season. They’re averaging only 19 points per game and 346 total offensive yards per game, which is very modest for a team with this much talent. It feels like a big spot for them to bounce back and get their offense rolling to contend for the division title. I’m looking for Doug Pederson to scheme up some plays early to get Trevor Lawrence in a rhythm, and Kirk should be a big part of that, especially when he lines up in the slot.

This game should also be close, so both of these teams may need to throw the ball a lot deep into the fourth quarter. Look for Kirk to be a security blanket for Lawrence all game on his way to surpassing 52.5 yards through the air.

Jessie Bates III Over 6.5 Tackles + Assists (+114)

One of my favorite bets of this game at a great price is Jessie Bates III to record over 6.5 tackles + assists. Bates III is a newcomer on this Atlanta defense, as he received a big contract in the offseason to join this Falcons team. However, he’s instantly stepping in as a leader and top playmaker on this defense, along with Grady Jarrett. He seems to have his nose in every play, run or pass. He’s hit 10+ tackles and assists in two out of three games so far this season.

Jacksonville will look to throw the ball a lot on Sunday, and Bates should be near these receivers and Evan Engram on a lot of routes to help make tackles. Take Bates over 6.5 tackles + assists with confidence, as I see him going into double digits on this prop once again.

Younghoe Koo over 1.5 Field Goals Made (+105)

Lastly, we have a kicker prop! Through three games, Younghoe Koo is 7-8 on field goals. This team is solid upfront with their run game, but there’s more to be desired in the passing game. Desmond Ridder only has two passing TDs on the season, as this team tends to stall on long drives, leading to many opportunities for Koo.

Also, this Jaguars defense is no slouch, as their sixth-best in opponents yards per carry. I don’t envision dicing them up through the air. If they can contain Bijan Robinson enough, this should lead to multiple field goals for the Falcons. I expect Koo to have three field goals Sunday in a grind-it-out, close game in London vs. the Jaguars.
