The 49ers are 6-0 vs the Rams over the last 3 regular seasons with an average winning margin higher than 9 points. They defeated the Rams at home in week 4 of this year, and are slight favorites to keep that streak alive in week 8.

The Ram’s offense has undoubtedly struggled this year scoring the fourth-fewest points per game in the NFL. They have a negative turnover margin and even against the Panthers in week 6, found themselves having to claw back due to turnovers and a lackluster offense.

Even after giving up 44 points to Mahomes and the Chiefs, the 49ers are still in the top 5 in yards per play and the top 3 in total yards given up per game. Look for a bounce back and for the 49er’s streak to remain intact.
