NFL Week 8 Odds, Picks & Predictions: Bears vs. Cowboys

The Bears won in dominating fashion over the Patriots on Monday night and now must travel to Dallas on a short week. It will be hard for them to throw the ball against Dallas, who ranks fourth league-wide, allowing 185.1 passing yards per game. In week six, Dallas held Jalen Hurts to nine attempts for 27 yards rushing, and may be revealing of how they will contain Justin Fields. Dallas should also game plan against the run more this week because Chicago is dead last in passing yards per game.

Dak Prescott will be making his second start since his return from injury, but he will be without Ezekiel Elliott, who is dealing with a sprained MCL. Dallas takes their bye week the following week, so he should get some time to heal. Tony Pollard should see more touches against a team that allows 149.7 rushing yards per game.
