The Seahawks, coming off a 16-3 win over the Chargers in their first game of the preseason, made the trip across the country early to take part in joint practices with the Titans this week. Head coach Mike Macdonald will use Seattle’s first joint sessions since 1991 to get his starters some game speed reps but Geno Smith and company won’t see the field during the actual game. The same can be said for the Titans as head coach Brian Callahan said earlier in the week that the second and third string will get most of the game reps. That means a lot of Sam Howell, P.J. Walker, Mason Rudolph and Malik Willis. With nothing to lose and everything to gain, look for some chances to be taken and some points to be put up on the board.
