Super Bowl LVII Player Prop Bets & Picks (Eagles vs. Chiefs)

There are so many different markets where you can bet on the Super Bowl. It can get genuinely overwhelming – however, the more props, the more chance of finding some value in the markets.

There are plenty of props for the actual game itself. You can bet on almost any player and their stars in the Super Bowl. But for those uninterested in the game, you can also bet on specific events surrounding the game. You don’t just have to bet the actual game to earn some money and enjoy Sunday night.

Here are the best Super Bowl LVII prop bets to consider for Sunday’s Super Bowl.

Best Prop Bets for Super Bowl LVII

(Odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)

Both Teams to Score XX Points

The total for the game is sitting at 50 points. The spread is tight at -1.5 for the Eagles. You can bet both teams to score 25+ points at +220 odds.

Both offenses are supreme. We’ve got this year’s two best quarterbacks facing off in the Super Bowl after they led their teams to the No. 1 seeds in their conference. If you think both teams will have success offensively, instead of grabbing the Over, you can think about taking this prop bet.

Bet: Both Teams to Score 25+ Points (+220)

Head-to-Head Prop Bets

There are so many different prop bets and player props that you can make. But instead of sweating out a specific number, you can go head-to-head.

For example, you can grab A.J. Brown to score more touchdowns than Isiah Pacheco. Brown is sitting at -115, while Pacheco is at -110. The lines are juiced. But most books are going to do that. I like Brown to have a bounceback game, and I don’t think the Chiefs run the ball much. I’d take Brown to score more touchdowns than Pacheco at -115.

You can do these types of bets for yardage, receptions and pass completions for any pairing you think of (for the most part).

Bet: A.J. Brown More Touchdowns Scored Than Isiah Pacheco (-115

Coin Toss

This is an easy one. It’s got a 50-50 chance of hitting. You can bet Heads at +100 or Tails at +100.

I at least appreciate DraftKings giving us +100 odds instead of juicing the odds to -105 or -110. You have a legitimate 50-50 chance at hitting the coin toss.

Does tails ever fail, though?

Tails  (+100)

Gatorade Color

The consensus is that we’ll see yellow or orange Gatorade poured on the winning coach this year. I don’t even think the NFL knows which Gatorade color will be used. But it’s up on the books to be bet.

Orange has won 22.7% of the time over the last 22 Super Bowls. However, since 2015, blue has been poured on the winning coach 50% of the time. Last year, it was also Blue when the Rams won.

The public doesn’t think the same color can be used twice. But if Blue has hit 50% of the time and it’s at +400 odds, I think that’s the play.

Bet: Blue (+400)

Jersey Number of First Touchdown Scorer

The Over/Under is sitting at 11.5, with the Under juiced to -130. The Eagles have Jalen Hurts, DeVonta Smith and Brown under the number 12. Miles Sanders and Dallas Goedert are over 11.5.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs have Pacheco, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Jerrick McKinnon and Marquez Valdes-Scantling under the number 12 jersey.

Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and Kadarius Toney are over that number.

More players wearing jersey numbers below 12 could end up scoring the first touchdown. If it’s a defensive player, all that could change. But for now, the Under looks like the safer play.

Bet: Under 11.5 (-130
