(7) Texas A&M  vs. (10) Penn State

Leg 1 – Texas A&M -2.5 (-120)

This matchup is intriguing, but I still like Texas A&M to escape with a win.

The Aggies were essentially the second-best team in the SEC this season. It was because of how active the Aggies were on the offensive glass.

Texas A&M grabbed 36.6% of offensive rebounds and got to the foul line very quickly. The Aggies also shot 75.9% from the foul line when they got there. Texas A&M won’t shoot the ball at a ridiculous rate, especially against Penn State.

But Penn State earned 18.8% of offensive rebounds and rarely got to the foul line. The Nittany Lions will have to rely on their shooting. It was red hot throughout the season, but I’ve got my concerns on a neutral site against Texas A&M.

Leg 2 – Dexter Dennis Over 10.5 Points (+100)

Dennis averages 9.2 points per game this season. He’s also coming off the highest-volume game in quite some time.

Dennis took 12 shots against Alabama and nailed 3-of-8 from deep. If he even attempts eight shots and nails three threes, he’s earning us 11 points.

Dennis will also play over 30 minutes and hasn’t been in foul trouble for most of the year. That’s always helpful. He should be out on the court producing for the Aggies. As a senior leader, he won’t be phased by the bright lights.

Leg 3 – Camren Wynter Over 9.5 Points (-128)

Wynter came to Penn State for games like this. He’s added 8.9 points per game this season but is another senior playing in this game.

Wynter added 14 points in the Big Ten Championship game against Purdue and has had seven games since February where he’s scored at least 14. Penn State will rely on shot-making, and with Wynter shooting 41.2% from three, it’s clear he’ll be one of the guys that will step up for the Nittany Lions in this game.

Penn State has three players shooting at a ridiculous rate from downtown. But Wynter seems to always be the most consistent. So let’s ride with him and finish this parlay with Wynter scoring 10 points.
