LSU vs. Arkansas: LSU +2

(2:00 p.m. ET)

The LSU Tigers are looking to win their first SEC Tournament since 1980. To do that, LSU will need to find a way to beat an Arkansas team that has already beaten them twice. LSU just lost to Arkansas, 77-76, on the road. LSU had the lead late in the second half in that game, winning 63-56, and collapsed on the road.

This game isn’t a true road game. It’s a neutral game, and LSU’s defense should travel well. The Tigers have allowed teams to shoot just 28% from three and 47.6% from inside the arc on the year. On the other hand, Arkansas hasn’t shot it well from three. Meanwhile, LSU’s offense has been electric on the offensive glass and should get plenty of second chances in this game.

LSU should give Arkansas a run for its money today.

Bet: LSU +2 (-110) at DraftKings

Ohio vs. Kent State: Ohio +2 (-110)

(1:00 p.m. ET)

The Ohio Bobcats finished the regular season with three straight losses. They even lost to Kent State, 75-52 on the road. Still, Ohio is 24-8 on the year and looks to have gotten back on track with a quarterfinals win against Ball State last night.

Ohio is only turning the ball over 15.4% of the time and should end up getting to the foul line more frequently in this game, knowing Kent State has fouled at a high rate throughout the season.

Both teams defend the three well, but Ohio is the team that is more likely to make some shots, hitting 34.2% of threes this season. Kent State also likes to feast on the offensive glass, but the Bobcats hold teams to 25.5% offensive rebounds. Anything the Golden Flashes can do, the Bobcats can do it better, and it’ll show in tonight’s semifinals contest.

Bet: Ohio +2 (-110) at DraftKings

New Orleans vs. Southeastern Louisiana: New Orleans -110

(8:30 pm ET)

Both of these two teams split games in the regular season. New Orleans has been getting to the foul line at the highest rate in college basketball on the season. Despite Southeastern Louisiana fouling at a high rate, the defense has been flat-out awful. Southeastern Louisiana allows teams to shoot 56% from inside the arc and 34.2% from deep this season.

New Orleans isn’t going to take many threes and will pound the rock inside against a Southeastern Louisiana team that has been dreadful defending in that area.

On the other hand, New Orleans has defended the three well, holding opponents to 31.7% on the season. Of course, Southeastern Louisiana loves to shoot the three but doesn’t love getting offensive rebounds off of its misses. Take New Orleans to move on to the finals in the Southland.

Bet: New Orleans -110 at DraftKings
