Cleveland State vs. Detroit: Cleveland State -115

(7:00 p.m. ET)

The Cleveland State Vikings are currently 15-4 in Horizon League play and would all but lock up the regular season Horizon League title with a win tonight. The regular season in the Horizon League ends on February 26 and then the conference tournament begins.

Cleveland State has an effective field goal percentage of 52.8 percent and should be able to get whatever they want against a really bad Detroit defense, allowing opponents to shoot 34.9 percent from three and 54 percent from inside the arc. While Detroit can hit the three at a very high rate, turnovers will be higher against Cleveland State and Detroit rarely gets to the foul line, despiting hitting 77.9 percent of shots.

Grab the Horizon regular season champs.

DePaul vs. Georgetown: DePaul -130

(7:00 p.m. ET)

Tonight is basically Georgetown’s last chance to get a win in conference play. So you might see some money on them because of that. But let’s just face the facts. Georgetown has been awful all season and can’t even compete against a team like DePaul.

DePaul’s defense has been solid, allowing opponents to shoot just a 48.3 percent effective field goal percentage. Inside, DePaul has been holding teams to 46.6 percent, while Georgetown is shooting just 43.2 percent. DePaul has also been great on the offensive glass, limiting turnovers and getting to the line at a high enough rate.

Give me DePaul. The little things matter.

Texas A&M Corpus Christi vs. McNeese State: Texas A&M Corpus Christi -110

(7:00 p.m. ET)

The McNeese State Cowboys have only one win against teams above the top 300 in college basketball via KenPom. Fortunately, Texas A&M Corpus Christi is 261st in the nation.

The Islanders dominate the offensive glass and should be able to earn a ton of second chances and foul line opportunities. On top of that, the defense is earning 23.9 percent turnovers this season while McNeese is giving up 22.8 percent turnovers on the season.

Both teams are similar, but the Islanders just do all the little things better, like shooting 74.6 percent from the foul line instead of McNeese’s 64.2 percent rate. Let’s ride Corpus Christi here!
