Here are our top picks for today's The Basketball Tournament action.

Fort Wayne Champs (+164) vs. Carmen's Crew (-4.5) | O/U 152.5 (-110/-110)

Carmen's Crew connected on 16-of-38 three-pointers while holding GoTime Green Machine to 7-of-24 from beyond the arc. After a slow first period that saw them down 21-19 at the end, they controlled the game the rest of the way en route to a 78-67 win. The Fort Wayne Champs had an easy time with Locked in Elite, taking them down relatively easily, 103-56. They took a 24-11 lead after the first and never looked back. However, they will not find it nearly as easy to score against a solid defensive team in Carmen's Crew tonight.

Both teams had their good points in round one, but it is hard to judge a team until it plays a competitive game. However, from a betting perspective, I have to go with the more experienced team (and the defending champs). Once they worked out a few kinks, they were good to go. Fort Wayne Champs will have to do that this time since they were not challenged last time.

That will be where Carmen’s Crew has an advantage and wins the game.

Pick: Carmen's Crew -4.5 (-110)

We Are D3 (+370) vs. Boeheim's Army (-9.5) | O/U 156.5 (-112/-112)

We Are D3 seemed to be in control of their game versus Layne's Hope for most of their opening round win. But they let Layne's Hope get back in the game late and make a contest of it. But behind some clutch shooting by Ty Nichols, they pulled out a 75-71 win in the end.

However, they may be in over their heads against Boeheim's Army. They crushed their opening round opponent, Herkimer Originals, 97-71. Buddy Boeheim (who played in the NBA Summer League with the Pacers) led the way with 24 points after going 7-of-9 from the three-point line, followed by Elijah Hughes with 21 points (5-of-8 from three-point range).

I want to get behind We Are D3, but the talent and experience level of the No. 1-seeded Boeheim's Army can't be overlooked. We Are D3 is punching above its weight class with this one.

Pick: Boheim's Army -9.5 (-110)

Fail Harder (+164) vs. All Good Dawgs (-4.5) | O/U 150.5 (-112/-112)

A No. 7 seed, Fail Harder pulled off a massive upset in the first round by taking down the No. 1 seed Assembly Ball by a score of 89-76. After a competitive first half, Fail Harder owned the second, outscoring Assembly Ball by a margin of 43-26. They'll get a chance at redemption in the second round when they face All Good Dawgs. They defeated Fail Harder in the first round last year by 23 points, which was Fail Harder's first time in the TBT.

All Good Dawgs beat Shield 219 in the first round by a score of 77-69. They were ice-cold from three-point range for most of the game, but after hitting 5-of-7 in the fourth, they were able to take the lead and pull away.

I'm going to guess that All Good Dawgs is the betting favorite because they are the higher-ranked team. They did not play well in their opening round win; they just played well enough to beat another team that was not playing well. Fail Harder stepped up to the challenge against a No. 2 seed in their opener. As long as Fail Harder maintains the same level of intensity in this game, they'll win this game outright.

Pick: Fail Harder Moneyline (+164)
