This is turning into a Jaylen Brown series. Brown, in my opinion, would win the NBA Finals MVP after the first three games have concluded. He just added 27 pints with nine rebounds and five assists in Game 3 and played 40 minutes while shooting 4-for-8 from three.
Brown also took over in Game 2, on the road, in the fourth quarter and was basically why the Celtics rallied to win.
Brown’s going to continue to put up big numbers. The expectation is that he’ll put up 25 points and assist and rebound at least 11 times, which would be 36.

Celtics vs. Warriors: Klay Thompson Over 3.5 Three-pointers
Klay Thompson could finally burst out of his slump in Game 3 with five three-pointers on 13 attempts. The Warriors don’t have much depth and will need Thompson to provide a spark from deep every game if the Warriors plan on winning the series.
Thompson’s confidence is back, and the Warriors are looking to get him opening looks whenever they can. With Steph Curry also banged up with an injured ankle, Thompson’s volume could even increase from what it was in Game 3.
Again, the Warriors aren’t getting help from players other than Curry and Thompson. So both of those will have to score at least 25 points in this game, and those 25 from Thompson would come mainly from the three-point range.

Celtics vs. Warriors: Jayson Tatum Over 5.5 Assists
Tatum is averaging 8.3 assists in the NBA Finals. He had one game with 13, one with three, and another with nine. Sure, he’s been inconsistent, but he also added 5.6 assists in the Eastern Conference Finals series. In that series, he was much more consistent.
The Celtics are moving the ball at a very good pace, and they’re also earning more assists as a team and overall have better ball movement. The Warriors just come off screens, and the Celtics move the ball to find open players. Tatum has adapted and helped the Celtics elevate their game with his ability to earn many assists.
Take Tatum to get six or more assists tonight.

Top Game 4 NBA Finals Game Pick
I was high on this Warriors team coming into this series, thinking the Celtics didn’t have the offensive firepower to run with one of the best 1-2 punches in NBA history in Curry and Thompson. Boy was I wrong in more ways than one.
Not only have Brown and Tatum responded in spades, but the overall athleticism and length of this Celtics team have proven too much for a Warriors team whose veteran ways have started to turn into their aging ways. Even with the return of defensive help in Gary Payton II and Andre Iguodala, the Warriors have been unable to match the energy put forth by a Celtics team who at the present moment, also seems to just want it more.
For the Celtics, Jayston Tatum continues to lead all scorers with 26.3 points per game, but the difference-maker for me has been Brown who scored a game-high 27 in Wednesday’s win. If Brown can turn in a similar type of performance, the defense of Marcus Smart in the backcourt and Robert Williams III down low should be enough for the Celtics to take the series back to SF up 3-1 with a chance to win a record-breaking 18th NBA title.

Top Game 4 NBA Finals Parlay
Leg #1. Klay Thompson Over 20.5 points
After two lackluster games to start the series shooting well below is 20 points per game mark this postseason, Splash Brother #2 finally got in a rhythm on Wednesday scoring 25 points on 12 of 30 from the field. Evens till, shooting just 5 of 13 from three, Thompson left plenty of shots on the table which I like for him to find tonight in a must-win spot for the Warriors.
Especially with an ailing Steph Curry, look for the offensive game plan tonight to largely be centered around one of the best natural shooters of all time in Thompson. e
Leg #2. Jordan Poole Over 9.5 points
Since exploding onto the national scene following a torrid start to this postseason, we’ve seen incumbent Splash Brother #3 cool off some, despite still averaging 17.4 points per game in his first-ever postseason.
We saw flashes of what he can do in these finals in Game 2, scoring 17 points and shooting 43% from the field, and need that same level of aggression tonight from him if the Warriors want to stay in this postseason. Scoring 29 points in his only regular-season game played against this Celtics team, I like for Poole to find his shot early and press as it’s one of the only clear paths to a Warriors victory remaining.
Leg #3. Jaylen Brown 25+ points
While the Kobe-channeling Jayson Tatum has gotten all of the headlines once again this postseason, Brown has quietly been putting together an NBA Finals MVP-like series up to this point. Most recently in Game 3, Brown led all Celtic scorers with 27 points, adding nine rebounds to trail only big man Robert Williams III who had a career night himself.
Very much smelling blood in the water, I like Brown, who is averaging 23.6 points per game this season, to have another monster tonight as the Warriors have yet to provide any one with the athleticism to match him defensively.
