The weather is cooling off, the days are getting shorter, and NFL fans around the country are getting ready to sit in front of their TV for 10 consecutive hours of football on Sunday. What better way to get in on the action than a few same game parlays? Here are my top same game parlay picks for Jaguars vs. Buccaneers.
NFL Same Game Parlay Odds & Picks: Jaguars vs. Buccaneers
Jaguars @ Buccaneers
- Jaguars ML (+115)
- Baker Mayfield 250+ Pass Yards (+130)
- Calvin Ridley 50+ Rec Yards (-145)
Jacksonville has struggled in recent weeks, and Trevor Lawrence is trending toward missing this game with a concussion. Even still, I think the Jaguars can pull off a win on Sunday. CJ Beathard is a veteran backup, and played well in relief of Lawrence earlier this year. Tampa Bay has a brutal pass defense, allowing the second-most passing yards to opposing QBs in the NFL. I think Beathard leads the Jags to a big win on Sunday.
A big game for Beathard should mean a big game for Calvin Ridley as well. Ridley should be the primary target for the Jags on Sunday, with both Zay Jones and Christian Kirk out. Finally, Baker Mayfield should post a solid yardage total if the Bucs are down on Sunday. Mayfield has played well lately, and the Jaguars pass defense will be dealing with some injuries.
Parlay Odds: +600
What is a Same Game Parlay?
Parlays have gained popularity because of the potential that they provide to the bettor to make large sums of money without having to provide the cash up-front that it would take to make the same amount if you were to bet each game individually. With the increase in popularity and money coming into the sportsbooks, FanDuel rolled out the Same Game Parlay, and other sportsbooks soon followed.
The same game parlay brings the elements of the parlay into one single game. They offer a ton of options within the same game to allow the bettor to be able to take these options and combine them within one game.
