Monday’s Best MLB Player Prop Bets

Yordan Alvarez More 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (-150)

Don't look now, but the Astros are marching back into the playoff race. They just had their best month as they went 16-9 in June and now sit 3.5 games back. Surprisingly, they have yet to be above .500, but they are on their way to getting there.

Yordan Alvarez is the Astros' top power hitter, leading the team in doubles, slugging and RBI, and he is second in home runs. He was red-hot in June and batted .349 with a 1.139 OPS. He is looking for that to continue against the Blue Jays, who have been struggling lately.

Francisco Lindor Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105)

The power of Grimace has swept through Flushing as the Mets seem to have turned around their season. They are 12-4 in their last 16 games. While they are currently well out of contention in the National League East, they are amongst the group that could claim a Wild Card Spot.

The offense's revival has played a big part, and Francisco Lindor has been hot lately. He has two hits in each of his last four games and has hit this prop in five of his previous six games.

Brice Turang Over 0.5 Singles (-170)

The Brewers hold the top spot in the National League Central and have a solid 6.5-game lead. The offense remains their best asset, as they sit in the top 10 in runs scored, batting average and on-base percentage (OBP). However, their biggest problem continues to be that they strike out too much, but that hasn't impacted them.

Now they head to Colorado, where they shouldn't have a problem scoring runs. One player who loves coming to Denver is Brice Turang, who, in three games at Coors Field, is 4-for-8 with three singles. He's coming in batting .343 in his last eight games. Eight of his last 12 hits have been singles. Even with this having high juice, this is a great bet to place.
