With today's stacked 15-game MLB schedule, there's no shortage of ways to get in on the betting action. I'm heading to PrizePicks, where I've narrowed in on three player props on the platform. If you opt for the PrizePicks Power Play and all three props cash, they'll net us an enticing 11x multiplier.

Let's get things started in Pittsburgh, where the Braves (19-20) and the Pirates (13-27) are set to square off in a rubber match. Chris Sale gets the nod for Atlanta, while Pittsburgh counters with Carmen Mlodzinski. First pitch is scheduled for 1:35 p.m. ET from PNC Park in Pittsburgh, PA.
I'll bump Sale's strikeout total up to 8.5 and still play him to ring up more. The reigning Cy Young award winner is finding that form once again, posting a 1.32 ERA and racking up 20 strikeouts (10, 10) in his last two starts (13.2 IP). His K/9 rate of 12.0 is the highest that it has been since his 2019 mark of 13.3. The southpaw draws a matchup against a Pirates club that's 26th in K% (26.5%) over the last seven days. He should have no issue mowing this mediocre offense down en route to a series win.
The Padres (25-13) absolutely decimated the Rockies (6-33) yesterday, beating them 21-0 in the Mile High City. The divisional foes are back at it this afternoon, and we have a pitching matchup between Nick Pivetta and German Marquez. First pitch is set for 3:10 p.m. ET from Coors Field in Denver, CO.
4.5 HRR is very lofty, but Manny Machado is set to explode today at the hitter-friendly Coors Field. For starters, he's slashing .500/.571/.733 over 30 at-bats this month, which equates to an insane 1.305 OPS! In his last six games, Machado has gone for the following amount of hits, runs, and RBI: 5, 6, 3, 3, 4, 4. He's crushing the ball right now, ranking eighth in the MLB in batting average (.326) and 21st in OPS (.878).
Machado also gets a nice matchup against German Marquez, who has been horrendous in 2025 with a 9.90 ERA and a 1.97 WHIP. The slugger is 13-for-32 (.406) against him with two doubles, a home run, and six RBI. The Padres have scored 34 runs in the last two games, and they're primed for another big-time performance today. I'm going to take a gamble and say that Machado goes nuclear for a third straight game.
The Blue Jays (19-20) are looking to break out the brooms today against the Mariners (22-16), and they'll turn to Jose Urena to try and get them the sweep. The M's opt for Bryce Miller in this American League clash, which gets underway at 4:10 p.m. ET from T-Mobile Park in Seattle, WA.
Bryce Miller has been serviceable this season, entering the series finale with a 4.15 ERA and a 1.47 WHIP. Those numbers get much better at home, dropping to 2.30 and 1.28, respectively. At T-Mobile Park, opponents are hitting just .185 against Miller, compared to .301 on the road.
Being that we have some noticeable home/road splits, I'm going to take Miller to limit the Blue Jays to fewer than 2.5 earned runs. We don't have a huge sample size, but Toronto's current roster is slashing just .211/.286/.368 against him over 19 at-bats. With his home crowd behind him, I expect a solid start out of Miller. He's stayed below this number in two straight home outings (0, 1).
