I'll be coming to you each week with my favorite MLB Same-Game Parlays of the day. Remember, these are high-risk, high-reward bets, so you won't be hitting winners every day, but when you do, it'll be well worth it.

Here are my top MLB Same-Game Parlays for Wednesday, May 15’s baseball action.

Cleveland Guardians @ Texas Rangers

We're playing matchups here and this is one I love. Carlos Carrasco takes the bump for the Guardians, and he's not exactly the starting pitcher of old. He owns a 5.36 ERA, with that number jumping up to 6.20 on the road. The Rangers should jump on him early, and they are due for some offense.

My pick to click is Nathaniel Lowe, who has recorded a hit in consecutive games with a home run yesterday. He owns a .310 average in his last eight games and is 2-for-3 against Carrasco lifetime; Lowe will get his chance.

Meanwhile, Cleveland is due for a loss, and with Jon Gray taking the mound, now is the perfect time. It doesn't mean I'm fading their entire team, however, especially not Josh Naylor. The Guardians’ first baseman has seen Gray well, going 5-for-12 lifetime against him with a double and home run. I see Naylor doing well with the rest of the team struggling as the Rangers take this one with an offensive bounceback.

Of course, this is a relative longshot, so if you want to take a leg out, I recommend Lowe's over total bases.

Washington Nationals @ Chicago White Sox

After a doubleheader yesterday, the Nationals and White Sox have a quick turnaround with a day game this afternoon. That is not great for offense. What it is great for is pitching, especially for Trevor Williams, who has been dominant all year, going 4-0 with a 1.96 ERA.

The White Sox have a .211 batting average as a team in day games this year, the third-worst in MLB. If you want to get even riskier, you can take them to simply be shut out today.

Chris Flexen has struggled at home all season, with an ERA above 6.00 at Guaranteed Rate field in 2024. Keibert Ruiz is 2-for-3 against the Sox pitcher, so I will take him to get a hit without much thought. I expect this game to be a quick contest, with the Nationals bouncing back and taking down Chicago in an easy 4-1 victory.
