Luis Arraez Less Than 0.5 Strikeouts (1.53x)

Anytime we get a price on Luis Arraez near this, it’s an auto-play to the under. He’s the king of contact and under this mark in 56 out of 72 games (78%), tracking similarly to last year’s hit rate of 115/147 (78%). Today, he and the Padres draw Ranger Suarez on the mound. He has been phenomenal this year, but Arraez hasn’t had any trouble with him, albeit with a limited sample size. He is 0-for-4 without a strikeout or whiff against him. The only arm in the Phillies bullpen that has struck him out is Gregory Soto - once in nine plate appearances.

Hunter Greene More Than 5.5 Strikeouts (1.60x)

Excluding the Cubs more recently, Hunter Greene has faced a gauntlet of teams that are pretty strikeout averse, hence his lower-than-usual strikeout numbers. His matchup is far easier today, taking on the Pirates, who have the fourth-highest K% (25.2%) against righties over the past 30 days. Their roster also owns a 26.6% K% across 64 combined plate appearances against him. Greene was in the 91st percentile in K% in both 2022 and 2023 for a reason. He has six or more strikeouts in 44 out of his 60 (73%) career starts, including nine out of 14 this season.
