Friday’s Best NBA Player Props
Evan Mobley to Record a Double-Double (+139)
Evan Mobley has recorded 27 double-doubles this season. He is averaging 18.4 points and 9.8 rebounds in the previous nine games. The Cavaliers center finished with a double-double in three out of his last five games against an Eastern Conference opponent.
Mobley has finished with a double-double in two consecutive contests. The 24-year-old center is coming off a game against the Hawks where he dropped 22 points and 19 rebounds. Mobley is averaging 18.7 points and 13.7 boards in three games against Atlanta this season.
Given his success rate against the Hawks and his recent solid rebounding performances, this appears to be a fantastic spot for Mobley. The USC alum has two double-doubles over the last four contests on the road. We feel good about his chances of finishing this game with 10 points and 10 rebounds for a solid +139 return.
Derrick Jones Jr. Over 0.5 Made Three-Pointers (-144)
This season has been a wild ride for Los Angeles, and things certainly did not go as planned. Our selection in this contest doesn’t pay out much, but we have a small edge because the Clippers perform well when they enter a game as the underdog.
Derrick Jones Jr. has made at least one three-pointer in 11 consecutive games where the Clippers are the underdogs. Jones has made at least one basket from above the perimeter in back-to-back contests. The veteran forward is averaging one three-pointer when playing on the road this season.
Again, -144 odds are not the best, by any means. Still, Jones is on quite a streak when coming in as the team not favored to win. The Clippers forward averages 1.8 three-pointers when playing on a Friday - the most of any day of the week.
Paolo Banchero Under 4.5 Assists (+109)
The Orlando Magic definitely want to end this season as soon as possible. It's been a tough year for Orlando, with expectations falling way short. The Magic never seemed to have a flow as the season went on due to a myriad of injuries to their starting five.
Paolo Banchero is averaging 5.2 assists over the last 10 games. He finished with six assists in one contest at the United Center this season. However, the young forward is averaging 3.5 assists in two games played against Chicago this season. Banchero has not accumulated more than three assists in three consecutive games against an Eastern Conference opponent.
We are going for a risky play considering the Magic could be looking to run up the score on a very gracious Chicago defense. However, the success rate against the Eastern Conference has left a lot to be desired as of late. If Orlando is up big going into the fourth quarter, there's a very good chance Banchero will not even be on the court for the final 12 minutes.
Kon Knueppel 18+ Points (-118)
Kon Knueppel has assumed a tremendous scoring role for the Charlotte Hornets. The young guard has fared well against Detroit in his previous two games against them, and Kneuppel may want to close out his first season with a monster performance.
The rookie guard finished with 18+ points in both contests against the Pistons this season, and he has 18+ points in 13 consecutive games against Central Division opponents.
Knueppel is averaging 17.9 points over his last 10 home games. The Hornets guard has put up 18+ points in three out of the previous five games played at home. Knueppel has also finished with 20+ points in six straight games at home against the Central Division.
Cooper Flagg 30+ Points (+177)
Cooper Flagg has certainly been a bright spot in a season that's been quite underwhelming for the Mavericks. The No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NBA Draft proved to be nothing short of phenomenal, and he has seriously picked up the scoring as of late. We feel Flagg closes out the season with a very memorable performance tonight against San Antonio
Flagg dropped 32 points on the Spurs when the two teams faced off in February. The rookie forward has scored 26+ points in four out of his last seven road games. Flagg is averaging 33 points through the last four games - including performances of 45 and 51 points. The Mavericks forward is connecting on 45% from above the perimeter on five attempts per game.
Flagg has 10 games this season with 30+ points. The rookie finished with 30+ points in three out of his last nine games. It's a riskier play, and we wouldn't fault you for taking the standard number at 27 points tonight. Having said that, there's a very good chance Flagg ends this contest with at least 30 points, and we don't mind the bump for the positive return.
Enjoy the games tonight. Best of luck with your picks.
