NBA Player Props & Bets: Thunder vs. Spurs (Thursday)

NBA Picks & Predictions: +EV Best Bets for Spurs vs. Thunder (Saturday)

Welcome to another day of NBA player props. We have reached an elimination game in the Western Conference Finals, as the Knicks await the winner. If you aren't taking advantage of the BettingPros prop tools, you're missing out, but there's no time like the present for what has been a fun playoffs. It's been a profitable year, and I plan on continuing that into the postseason.

As always, monitor any potential news and lineup announcements. That's not as necessary with only one game, but you never know who might pop up on the injury report.

The best way to stay informed about NBA player props is to stay up to date with the latest news. The second-best way is to shop around at different sportsbooks. Player props rarely have identical odds across platforms, so ensure you get the best value.

After a delightful series so far, one can only hope the Spurs show up today and force a Game 7. Here are the best props for Game 6. Unless specified otherwise, each bet will be a single unit.

Thursday’s Best NBA Player Props

Last Time: 2-0 | This Season: 92-74

De'Aaron Fox Over 14.5 Points (-104 at Kalshi)

If the Spurs hope to stay alive in this series, they need someone other than Victor Wembanyama to keep them afloat, like De'Aaron Fox.

After two mediocre outings, this line has dropped significantly to 14.5, despite covering it in six straight games before Game 4 and Game 5 against Oklahoma City. It might be because of worries about his ankle, but Fox has played over 30 minutes in three straight games, so I have to imagine he'll be full go, and San Antonio will need him on the court.

This game is all-or-nothing for the Spurs, so don't be surprised if Fox eclipses 35 minutes. Assuming the Thunder try everything they can to stop Wembanyama, Fox will have plenty of opportunities to score. This line is simply too low.

Jared McCain Under 14.5 Points + Assists (-104 at DraftKings Sportsbook)

This one is a little risky because Jared McCain has been so hot and cold these playoffs that you really should be taking an alternate line either way. After starting the last game and putting up 20 points, this line has been inflated, despite McCain averaging only nine points per game throughout the season.

Yes, McCain has had his moments, especially in Game 3, but Jalen Williams should be back for this game, and I don't expect McCain to be the go-to option the Thunder want taking shots when they're trying to close out the series against San Antonio.

Ajay Mitchell is still out, but Alex Caruso and Luguentz Dort should earn more playing time in a win-and-advance game on the road. Bet on some alt lines, too, because McCain might have another game where he scores only four points.
