Friday’s Best NBA PrizePicks Player Predictions
This Season: 30-36
They say home is where the heart is and I’m sure Trae is banking on that. He’s coming off a couple of poor performances in Boston and acknowledged he has to be better in order for the Hawks to move on. So far, he has shot just 14-of-40 (35%) from the floor and has put up six and eight assists in Games 1 and 2, respectively.

They want him to be more aggressive and I think he turns it up a notch at home tonight. In his two regular season games against Boston, both of which took place in Atlanta, Trae put up 48 and 36 Points+Assists. He averaged 36.4 P+A across the duration of the season, so take the discount and bank on him to turn it around in a must-win game.
The New York native will definitely be looking to put on a show at Madison Square Garden, but I’m sure the Knicks are well aware of that too. They’ve made a concerted effort to slow his scoring down, and in lieu of that, he has seen a significant uptick in his assists over these first two games. Mitchell had eight in Game 1 and 13 dishes in Game 2. In his four regular-season meetings with the Knicks, Spida had at least five assists in all four, averaging 7.5 per game. Take the discount at PrizePicks, as this is listed at -140 over at DraftKings
Is bubble Murray back? He sure looked like he was the other night, as he was the driving force fending off the Timberwolves from a come-from-behind victory. Bubble Boy finished with a 40 burger while shooting 6-of-10 from beyond the arc in Game 2. He also had 24 points in just 33 minutes in Game 1.
Minnesota also allowed the 10th most points per game to guards during the regular season and played at the 7th fastest pace. Some guys show up when it matters most and it seems like Murray is that guy. Ride the hot hand and take him to score at least 24 points on the road.
