Wednesday’s Best NBA Same Game Parlays
(NBA odds courtesy of DraftKings Sportsbook)
San Antonio Spurs at Atlanta Hawks
- Leg 1: Over 242 Points (-108)
- Leg 2: De’Andre Hunter 20+ Points (-120)
- Leg 3: De’Aaron Fox 6+ Assists (-165)
Although the Luka Doncic trade is getting all the headlines, the Spurs also made a significant acquisition. Trading for De'Aaron Fox from the Kings will be important for the development of Victor Wembanyama because he'll now have a talented point guard to team up with for years to come. The Spurs could make a run this year and are just three games behind a spot in the Play-In Tournament.
It wasn't long ago that we talked about the Hawks being a legitimate contender, but their season outlook has significantly changed. They went on a 5-12 run and just snapped an eight-game losing streak. To make things worse, they lost Jalen Johnson, their second-leading scorer, for the season.
One thing we can be confident of is that they have the fastest offense, at 13.3 seconds per offensive possession, and are 28th in points allowed per game (119). This could mean a high-scoring game and a lot of points from the Spurs.
Parlay Odds: +467
Milwaukee Bucks at Charlotte Hornets
- Leg 1: Under 220 Points (-112)
- Leg 2: Giannis Antetokounmpo 44+ Points + Rebounds (-125)
- Leg 3: Bucks First-Half -6 (-110)
This recent road trip hasn't been kind to the Bucks, going 1-4. They have lost four straight overall. The defense has been a huge problem and their 131.5 points allowed per game ranks last. Their 128.6 defensive rating is second to last in that span. Even the impressive run of Giannis Antetokounmpo hasn't helped, as he has a double-double with at least 30 points in eight of his last 11.
Hopefully, facing the Hornets, who have the fourth-worst winning percentage in the league, will help. They have been riding a five-game losing streak, which is the third time they have had a streak of five or more losses this season. The defense has been good most of the season. Their 115.3 defensive rating ranks 12th since January 12th, but their offense has been letting them down with a 105.3 rating (29th).
The Hornets also allowed the most points in the paint during that span, which could help Antetokounmpo score another big double-double.
Parlay Odds: +550
