Los Angeles Lakers vs. Houston Rockets
- Leg 1: Amen Thompson Over 17.5 Points (-104)
- Leg 2: Jaxson Hayes Under 3.5 Rebounds (+122)
- Leg 3: Alperen Sengun Over 5.5 Assists (-102)
Amen Thompson has been the lone bright spot for the Houston Rockets. When he’s in the game, the Rockets perform well. When he’s not, the Rockets tank. It remains to be seen how healthy Kevin Durant will be tonight. Ultimately, Thompson is going to have to be the guy offensively. He just added 26 points in 48.4 minutes against the Lakers in Game 3. He’ll need to continue to be aggressive against a Lakers team that ranks 29th in points allowed to small forwards this season.
Jaxson Hayes has grabbed four rebounds in back-to-back games against the Rockets. However, in his last 11 games against the Rockets, he’s averaged at least four rebounds just twice. He also earned only six rebound chances in 20 minutes of game action last time out. The Rockets currently rank third in the NBA in total rebounds allowed to centers this season.
Finally, consider Alperen Sengun to contribute at least six assists tonight. He’s nailed this line in three of his last four games, including in Game 3, where he had six assists on 13 potential assists. In fact, he’s had 27 potential assists combined in the last two games against the Lakers. Having Durant back (potentially) will help.
