The Boston Celtics and San Antonio Spurs meet for the second time this season, and I highlight why I expect Victor Wembanyama and the Spurs' offense to struggle in this contest. Then, I discuss why the Minnesota Timberwolves should finally pick up their first win against the Los Angeles Lakers, as they hold Luka Doncic in check.

Celtics vs. Spurs Same Game Parlay
Leg #1: Victor Wembanyama Under 23.5 Points (-106)
Victor Wembanyama is averaging 23.9 points per game this season, and he's scored at least 25 points in four of his last five games. However, I don't like this matchup for him against the best defense in the NBA.
The Celtics are allowing just 106.9 points per game. In the first meeting between these two, Wembanyama scored only 21 points. While many teams attempt to shut down Wembanyama and make another Spur beat them, the Celtics actually have the skill to pull off the plan effectively.
Leg #2: Under 222.5 Points (-115)
Sticking with the defensive theme, I'm genuinely shocked at how high this total is set. The first time these teams faced each other, the Spurs won 100-95. And while the Spurs are one of the best offensive teams in the league, averaging 118.6 points per game, the Celtics have already proven they can slow down top offenses.
The Celtics have allowed 103 or fewer points in seven of their last nine games. Though the Spurs have scored at least 116 points in four consecutive games, they scored just 89 against the Knicks in their first game of March, so they're not immune to good defense.
Leg #3: Neemias Queta 11+ Rebounds (+170)
The Spurs are only allowing 43.3 rebounds per game, which is the 11th-fewest in the league. However, Neemias Queta performed very well against them in the first meeting, grabbing 13 boards. Additionally, Queta enters this game red-hot, grabbing at least 11 rebounds in three of his last four games.
The Spurs have the sixth-best field goal rate in the league, but the Celtics should be able to slow them down for the second time. After all, they're allowing the second-lowest opponent field goal rate this season. That will lead to more opportunities for Queta.
Parlay Odds: +575
Timberwolves vs. Lakers Same Game Parlay
Leg #1: Timberwolves -2.5 (-105)
The Lakers are 2-0 against the Timberwolves this season, but both of those games were played in October. The Timberwolves are coming off a loss, but they've won five of their last six games overall. Three of those wins were on the road, and all but one of those wins came against a team with at least 31 wins.
Luka Doncic has been massive for the Lakers of late, as they've also won five of their last six. However, a lot of his game depends on three-pointers, and the Timberwolves are allowing the fifth-fewest per game. Who will pick up the slack if Doncic struggles from deep? I don't think anyone will.
Leg #2: Julius Randle 6+ Assists (+153)
Julius Randle has struggled to find his teammates in recent games, dishing out four or fewer assists in three consecutive games. On Saturday, he managed just one assist in 26 minutes. However, he still leads the team with 5.3 assists per game, and he's recorded at least six in three of his last six games.
Randle has recorded six assists in each game against the Lakers this season, despite his team losing. The Lakers are allowing 27.5 assists per game, which is the ninth-most in the league. If Randle weren't so cold entering this game, there wouldn't be nearly as much value in this price tonight.
Leg #3: Luka Doncic Under 32.5 Points (-109)
Luka Doncic leads the NBA with 32.5 points per game, and he's scored at least 35 points in back-to-back contests. However, as I mentioned earlier, I worry about his three-point shooting tonight against the Timberwolves. He's made at least five threes in his last two games. He made four or fewer in each of his previous four games, and in each of those contests, he scored 28 points or fewer.
The Timberwolves are allowing the 13th-fewest points per game, and though Doncic scored 49 against them earlier this season, I feel he's being overvalued here, especially since he's scored 30 or fewer in nine of his last 13 games.
