Daily Juice Podcast: NBA Picks and Player Prop Bets for Wednesday (2/26)

Welcome to NBA Sleeper Picks! Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight's NBA action. Similar to fantasy sports, the goal in Sleeper Picks is to draft a team of players based on who you think will perform better than the field. But with NBA Sleeper Picks, you pick teams of 2-8 players from multiple teams based on your preferences and predict whether those players will score more or less than a predetermined amount. There are a number of ways to play and a variety of strategies to employ, and we’ll guide you through the process each week. Here are our top NBA Sleeper Picks for today’s games.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (11/8/24)

Regular season record: 16-15

Domantas Sabonis (C – SAC): OVER 0.5 double doubles

Domantas continues his dominance of the boards for the Kings, averaging 13.1 rebounds per game. His rebounding prowess makes the double double line an automatic play despite the low multiplier, as we are in an environment that requires us to make two or more predictions. Sabonis has recorded a double double in every game since missing the mark in the season opener and has registered three triple doubles in eight games played. Slap the More on Sabonis for Friday night at Sleeper Picks.

DeMar DeRozan (G – SAC): OVER 19.5 points (alt line)

DeMar continues his strong play for the Sacramento Kings. He has chipped in at least 20 points in every game this season and is making the Kings feel like a legitimate threat in the loaded West. DeMar is set at 23.5 for Friday night, a mark he has hit in four straight but in just five of eight overall. When we factor in that two of those matchups were emotionally charged matchups against the Toronto Raptors, it is not yet time to start trailing the posted total, even if we sacrifice some of the multiplier by taking the alt line.

Donovan Mitchell (G – CLE): OVER 6.5 1st quarter points

Mitchell continues to set the tone for the Cavaliers, pouring in seven or more first quarter points in five of his last six points. He has been doing most of his damage in the opening frame and is expected to be aggressive from the opening whistle once again tonight. Golden State has surrendered points per game to the point guard position. Mash the More on Mitchell for Friday night basketball.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
