NBA Same Game Parlay Odds & Picks: Tuesday (11/19)

Welcome to Sleeper Picks! Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for tonight's NBA action. Similar to fantasy sports, the goal in Sleeper Picks is to draft a team of players based on who you think will perform better than the field. But with Sleeper Picks, you pick teams of 2-8 players from multiple teams based on your preferences and predict whether those players will score more or less than a predetermined amount. There are a number of ways to play and a variety of strategies to employ, and we’ll guide you through the process each week.

NBA Sleeper Picks Player Predictions (3/26/24)

Season record: 182-116

Josh Giddey (G/F – OKC): OVER 0.5 three pointers made

The multiplier on this is likely lower than it should be given the circumstances, but Giddey has still drained one or more threes in 11 straight games. However, he hit exactly one three in eight of those contests, making this a lower probability play than it is presented as. Still, Giddey has sunk one or more of his attempts from deep in 18 of his last 21 games, so there is at least some rationale for the 1.38x multiplier. Hidden has regressed a bit statistically this season, but that was expected with Chet Holmgren finally joining the team. Giddey still finds a way to get his buckets and has become much more efficient over his last two seasons. Go with the More on Giddey for Tuesday night basketball.

Anthony Davis (F/C – LAL): OVER 8.5 1st quarter points

The Lakers will need to lean on Anthony Davis tonight. Regardless of whether or not LeBron James plays (he's currently listed as doubtful with an ankle injury), Davis will need to pick up more of the offensive burden. He has been starting games hot with LeBron, so hopefully, the increased volume helps make up for a reduction in quality shot percentage. Davis has recorded 11 or more first quarter points in two of his last three games and 10 or more in four of his last seven. This number would probably be a fade with LeBron healthy, but the projected increase in volume, coupled with his recent form, offers some value. Davis had 10 first quarter points against Milwaukee earlier this month. Dap the More on Davis for Tuesday night's action.

Domantas Sabonis (C – SAC): OVER 4.5 1st quarter rebounds

Sabonis has been starting fast on the glass recently, hauling in five or more boards in five of his last six first quarters. Sabonis leads the NBA in rebounding and should clean the glass again tonight against a Dallas Mavericks team he already has two double doubles against this season. Slap the More on Sabonis for Tuesday night.

Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper (and sometimes expiring), so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
