Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Atlanta Falcons, 1 PM, FOX
Improvement has been tough to come by in Tampa Bay during year one of the Bruce Arians era. Meanwhile, the Falcons have suddenly come to life after sleepwalking through the first half of the season. They get the home win for their third straight victory, but the Buccaneers will make them work for it.

The Pick: Tampa Bay Buccaneers +4.5 (-105)

Denver Broncos at Buffalo Bills, 1 PM, CBS
Epic collapses are tough to come back from, so we'll see how the Broncos respond for this week's trip to Buffalo. The Bills are 7-3 and are in a great position for a playoff spot, but many observers still aren't taking them seriously. Perhaps that'll start to change when they run the record to 8-3 with a win and cover.

The Pick: Buffalo Bills -4 (-105)

New York Giants at Chicago Bears, 1 PM, FOX
The season has been a disaster for the Giants, but they enter this one off of a bye week. Last week's version of the team started to gel after some time off, so we'll see if history repeats. The Bears are struggling mightily in 2019, but they can get the home win over a lesser foe. However, the rested Giants will make it interesting.

The Pick: New York Giants +6.5 (-105)

Pittsburgh Steelers at Cincinnati Bengals, 1 PM, CBS
The Steelers had their four-game winning streak snapped at the hands of the Browns, but they have a soft landing in a fantastic bounce-back spot versus the woeful Bengals. Cincinnati looked better in last week's defeat to the Raiders, but there's nothing to suggest that a win is on the way. Pittsburgh gets its rebound with a win and cover.

The Pick: Pittsburgh Steelers -6.5 (-105)

Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns, 1 PM, FOX
The Dolphins saw their surprising two-game winning streak snapped last week by the Bills. They head to Cleveland to face a Browns team that suddenly looks awake. The hosts clearly have the talent to be better than their record suggests, but they have been far from reliable in 2019. Miami keeps it closer than expected.

The Pick: Miami Dolphins +10.5 (-105)

Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints, 1 PM, CBS
After showing some promise with a four-game winning streak, the Panthers have hit the skids and dropped three of four. A trip to New Orleans doesn't make for a good cure for what ails the team, but the clock is ticking for them to turn it around. Carolina puts forth a competitive effort, but they don't have the firepower to seal the deal.

The Pick: Carolina Panthers +9.5 (-105)

Oakland Raiders at New York Jets, 1 PM, CBS
A three-game winning streak has placed the Raiders right in the middle of the playoff chase in the AFC. They head to New York to take on a Jets team that has suddenly won two in a row after it looked like their season was over. This doesn't look like the lay-up it once did for Oakland, but the hot streak continues with a win and cover in the Big Apple.

The Pick: Oakland Raiders -3 (-105)

Seattle Seahawks at Philadelphia Eagles, 1 PM, FOX
The Seahawks are one of the frontrunners in the NFC, while the Eagles are beginning to tread water as they attempt to stay in the race. Seattle is rested and coming off of a bye for the cross-country trek, while the Eagles are licking their wounds off of a tough loss to the Patriots. The visitors are the stronger team in 2019 and get the outright win.

The Pick: Seattle Seahawks +1.5 (-105)

Detroit Lions at Washington Redskins, 1:00 PM, FOX
Earlier this season, the Lions showed some flashes of improvement. That's no longer the case. The team is struggling mightily, and Matthew Stafford is on the shelf. They head to Washington to square off with another squad that's looking ahead to the offseason. A turnover fest could be on the menu in the nation's capital. We'll take the home dog plus the points.

The Pick: Washington Redskins +3.5 (-105)

Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans, 4:05 PM, CBS
The Jaguars have been crushed by divisional foes over their last two outings, and those were sandwiched around a bye week. The Titans had last week off after a thrilling upset win over the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 10. Jacksonville won the first meeting of these two squads earlier this season, but Tennessee gets its revenge on their home field.

The Pick: Tennessee Titans -3 (-105)

Dallas Cowboys at New England Patriots, 4:25 PM, FOX
The Cowboys offense has been humming for most of 2019, but they're about to head to Foxborough to face one of the league's most potent defenses. The Patriots are struggling to achieve liftoff on offense, but that'll change before too long. Dallas should keep it close and interesting, but New England pulls away in the end for the home cover.

The Pick: New England Patriots -6.5 (-105)
